I like my games to be games.
Nintendo definitely didn't stick with the Wii U til the end. They didn't even stick with it during the later part of its life.
As much as I would like to pick this up (because I really want a proper SSX), there are just too many games releasing in the same window. Dishonored 2, Final Fantasy 15, Dead Rising 4, Last Guardian, Shantae Half-Genie Hero, Pokemon, and Ubi's own Watch Dogs 2 is only a month prior, and I'm sure I'm missing some.
After playing some modern games with some piss poor voice acting, I can't sympathize with them too much. I'd rather the handful of overused actors we hear in every game get tossed out and we finally get some new blood. Voice acting gigs are too much of a "friend of a friend" clique and that needs to stop.
If I never hear Nolan North outside of a future Uncharted game, it'll be too soon.
"like destiny or darksouls" You mean like two games that let you play with other humans relatively easily? Yeah, No Mans Sky doesn't have that even in the slightest sense.
Yeah, I'm not sure how such poor footage slipped through the cracks. I couldn't believe I didn't see more people didn't bring it up earlier, as the framerate was incredibly bad.
Polygon reviewers don't even know how to play first person games, it's no wonder publishers are refusing to ship them review copies of their first person games. Just go watch their DOOM video for some hilariously bad gaming.
How-2-Medic: Drop a medkit near allies. Really, that's basically it. So many fail to grasp such a simple concept.
Nah. The good review scores for two generic FPS just means that, for whatever reason, generic FPS is still "in," and Call of Duty is as generic as they come.
If the chase is foolish (and I agree it is) then why enter the chase to begin with? I'd say the biggest fool is the one who realizes what they're doing is foolish but go ahead and do it anyway.
To be fair on the revivals; the stupid medal requires you to get like 20 grenade launcher kills as a medic, and there is no impact grenades, so its a pain in the ass to get without getting shot from all angles once you fire one, so that's probably why a few medics don't have revival equipped. You basically have to get the drop on someone AND not have a teammate take the kill while waiting for the grenade to explode. Why they gave a grenade launcher, and then required you use it, on ME...
Pretty much nobody plays their class. Everyone is just acting like every loadout is just an alternate way to play sniper without any gadgets.
Co-op would make this game go from two rentals between four of my friends to 5 copies sold.
Played and beat it. It boils down to great music, decent story, subpar gameplay due to AI issues and horribly repetitive missions that make up 90% of the content. Music and a decent story can't carry it, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
The Wii U had a big list of third parties as well. That turned out well, remember?
Biggest question: Can I get a model sans tablet for cheaper?
- Models available
I'd take a cheaper version that doesn't have the tablet and removable controllers included, and I'm sure I'm not alone in this.
And the $100+ dollars to cover the cost of the tablet screen you won't be using.
The problem being I don't want two of those things and I don't want to pay premium to have them. I just want a console, that's it. I don't want to pay the tacked on hundred+ dollars for a screen I'll never use. Price is going to be the biggest problem with a screen, battery, and mobile chips involved.
I'm not saying the twist is aliens, but it's aliens. Or ghost aliens.
