no doubt. I just turned 40 a few weeks ago. imagine that, 4 more years... far too young.
I'm mixed. I'm always down for a good Diablo-esque hack n slash but idk about this one... from the 24 minute video I watched the level design and game looks great. With the dual guns pretty much just standing back shooting everything it looks somewhat boring. I get it, all games can be viewed as boring or repetitive. there were some skills so it's more than just that. I just don't know.... I think they have the right idea but they're limiting the games potential by not off...
there's always one in the crowd. ridiculous drivel... move along, move along...
DS3 had a solid world design. But no doubt, the way DS1 world design is set up was phenomenal. Perhaps, imo, best described as Linear openness. The games world never felt too large or complex and as you progressed everything was woven together perfectly. That same approach would be great with this game but if it were a bit more open that would be fine as well. Regardless, I have a strong feeling this is going to be something special.
this game will stretch into FFVIIs 35th Anniversary. PS6 launches with FFVII The Remake Complete Edition.
I was hoping they ditched the stupid episodic idea. they're milking the ish out this. There was no reason to reinvent the wheel. Just make it from forged aluminum instead of wood. I guess we'll see how it plays out but I'm less excited for 3/3/20 and more excited for 3/3/30 when the entire game is available.
I'm more concerned that there is no main character. Granted Watch Dogs never had the greatest leads [imo] but they were a character to build the story around and someone you learn to appreciate &/or like.
The Perma Death did throw me off but it also adds realism to the world and organization. From what we saw I guess my biggest concern is how we actually go about obtaining and playing with these characters. I'm afraid the process might be tedious, repetitive and...
I really hate to agree with this but I feel I have to. I guess next year I'll have to close out my N4G tab and wait for E3 to catch everything. Part of the show, the excitement, is catching these reveal trailers and announcements. I understand every outlet wants to break the news but this ruins it [E3]; at least for me.
WoW released 15 years ago come November. That's a pretty solid run for an MMORPG. They really should start looking forward though and it's a dam shame that through all this time they neglected to bring WoW to consoles. I spent a couple years playing it around '09-11 up through Lich King but sold my account and gaming rig to a co-worker. makes me want to dive back in
Just like Bioware and developers before them as time moves along they lose those important peopl...
still looking forward to everything else but no doubt. w/o the presence of Sony my anticipation is minimal.
yeah I don't see it. Zombies, really? As you said, Hades, a realm... to me it seems like the game utilizes two realms; the living and the dead... zombies are just zombies. infected living who have turned into brainless, meat eating..... If what you got out of the Death Stranding trailer was zombies you need to check yourself at the door.
I wouldn't count on this Fall but you never know. Death Stranding in Nov 8 so there's time to slot it in. We figured both would be done this year so there is that. However it depends on exactly where they're at in development. I know Neil Drukman has said he hopes to wrap up production of TLOU2 soon. that could simply mean mo-cap portions so there might be quite a bit of work on the game still. ie: more like an early 2020 title at best. At the same time mo-cap might be done as his...
Everything is caused by an outside source. It's not my fault, it's *fill in the blank.* There is absolutely no accountability with far too many people and parents.
it does seem like there are far too many bad and absentee parents nowadays. To be fair there's certainly plenty of others who do parent or at least try. between both groups there are certainly people who can't take responsibility for lack of their parenting. I can't get my kid off their table...
well, Mortal Kombat is why we have the ESRB.
my thinking is it's a product of it's time.
I loved Earthworm Jim. Think I still have the Sega Genesis poster tucked away somewhere... but when I saw that $125 price tag... WHAT!? But hey, if I recall, out of the 2000 copies 100 will be in Cow Print!!
It's a nice package and is Earthworm Jim 1 & 2 but... $125!!?? Years ago I bought a Genesis, Earthworm Jim, Sonic 1-3 and a handful of other games for less than half that.
just another idiot politician using the guise of protecting children to try regulating something he himself doesn't even understand. As evidenced by the interview. What I found funny was the first 2 questions. He states has experience as a parent and from parents yet the next question admits his children are only 4 and 6 and do not play games.
Lastly, I'm not a fan of packs and pack odds in EA games [though I personally don't play them] or The Show, perhaps jus...
you have to remember Sony is compartmentalized. Sony Pictures has no ties to Playstation, Sony Electronics, etc. Each is it's own division and business inside Sony with no ties to one another. While they share the Sony name are owned by Sony they are all individual businesses with their own leadership, strategies, etc.
I think he's implying that by releasing in 2020 it's early as their release year would be 2021 because CoD developers release every 3 years with Treyarch, Infinity Ward and Sledgehammer all developing games. That kind of threw me off too though. Definitely should have been worded better if that was his meaning.
been fine for me since 7:00 Eastern. However, I can't get MLB Network to stream tonight so that's a huge bummer.
