I have the standard edition of this and it's GREAT for MW2. As it's standard, the analogue stick tension is unchangeable and they're set to being very very loose. For MW2 (I assume would work with all cod or twitch based shooters) it really helped with my accuracy and in 1v1 battles up close I really felt I had a distinct advantage because of this. For Halo Reach however, the loose sticks aren't so good. Overall it's a great controller but the way it's made looks kind ...

I think it's time, for the most part, the console's hardware has been pushed to their capacities despite what certain fanboys and developers (to sell titles) say.
The argument that PC gaming graphics haven't improved that much doesn't really hold much merit in my eyes.. the footage of Battlefield 3 looks freaking incredible. Also don't forget the PS1 era.. compare the games made on release the games being made further down the line.. it had a great graphic...
Good for you assassin and I agree, nobody should feel intimidated by what Anonymous are doing. Still though, just because you won't be intimidated by what anonymous are doing, it probably won't stop you coming on here complaining and calling them every name under the sun if they do take PSN down again.

Can't say i'm surprised.. no matter how you look at it, xbox doesn't sound as family friendly as Wii. In fact it sounds like a spaceship out of a bad scifi movie.

Well I hope microsoft can redeem themselves this year. As a passionate gamer and former xbox fanboy, I was left almost incensed last year after what can only be described as a joke of an E3 showing. I'd almost question whether or not I want to bother this year if there wasn't so much rumours going around about a halo ce remake.
This looks awesome, I hope they follow the 3ds version's trend and offer 3d support for it.
Release mod tools for battlefield 3 and see how declining it really is. If DICE don't release any mod tools for this game I'll lose quite a bit of respect for them. This is supposed to be the game which can be mutually celebrated between console gamers and PC gamers alike.. the true successor to Battlefield 2.. no mod support would be a huge kick in the teeth to the loyal PC fans who ever played any of fantastic mods that were released for the Battlefield series over the last 9 years....

It's cheap and very effective marketing. I still "dislike" this sort of thing though by dangling a new video in our faces. I hope it doesn't reach the 1m mark just to see if they hold out on releasing the video. I expect something along the lines of "well we nearly got there, to all 300k+ of you who liked, we'd like to thank you anyway, here is the video"
