"Why 12 is revolutionary and significantly different to 11?" Well that's easy, it's all that because he's paid to tell us it's all that. The footage I've seen looks promising though.

Impact does look good I admit but I wish EA would stop going on about improved AI. Ever since I first got a fifa game this generation I've lasted as long as it takes to get my virtual pro up playing against the AI. They can add as much fancy little new features as they want but it doesn't change the fact playing against the computer is just boring.

On harder difficulties you get the ball when they let you.. it's virtually impossible getting the ball off them some...

You mean the same way they denied that momentum exists? While I don't play offline enough to know if scripting exists but I wouldn't take EA's word for it. What sort of idiot would admit to something like that when their job is to make and sell the game?

Haha yeah from distance he easily would look like a chick. He's done some good songs though.

I find it interesting how they claim how hard it is to do sporting sequels. Thing is, sporting sequels have it real easy.. they just need to tweak and add a few new marketable gameplay things and the fans will lap it up. In terms of production costs to profits ratio, I reckon fifa is probably top of the pile alongside other EA sports games.

It'd be nice to see them invest some more resources so we don't just get the same old career mode reskinned each year (I thought...

Attention parents: avoid any mmo Jagex makes like the plague.

Another exclusive game scoring well for the ps3.. where's Microsoft's AAA titled exclusive games this year? O yeah waiting for Christmas sales.

Microsoft should be embarrassed so far this year with their games coming out compared to the amazing amount of games PS3 has already had. Been quite a few quality multiplatform games so far for sure but you add the Sony exclusives and it's almost like a nicely spaced out October/November all year round.

With the direction Microsoft seem to be taking, I would say it certainly won't be about raw power. Even this Gen (and last gen with the ps2 if I believe, it was more about the overall entertainment experience than it was about games.

I agree with stealth though in the first post here about genre diversity and innovation. This gen has literally been jam packed with fps game after fps game where the few gems out there and few and far between (like Heavy Rain and Alan Wake)...

Another mmo? Isn't it fairly obvious after what went on with FF14 that Square are incapable of making a decent selling fun mmo game?

How patient and forgiving are Square's shareholders? Like seriously, why is Wada still in a job? He's driving Square further and further into the gutter and it's disgraceful considering they used to be such a well respected company that made fantastic console games.

Well it's as dangerously close as it can get. I'd like to think even Activision wouldn't cross this line and if it did I'd be boycotting MW3.

Great xbot quote right there.. poor barsteward needs to get himself a ps3 and realise what it's like to actually be cared for as a "core" gamer.

Actually wow obvious xbot is obvious. In his first two sentances he manages to contradict himself.

"Admittedly I am very excited for Microsoft’s presentation at E3 this year, even more so than last years show when I knew there would be a revealing of a new Xbox 360 slim model. Microsoft unlike most...

Definitely a marketing ploy.. voice control for troops would certainly add a new level of depth but in most game's cases, I can't imagine it being anything but slightly better.

Dear o dear, why do square keep digging bigger holes for themselves? I haven't played FF14 so maybe it's ignorant for me to respond to this but all the faults I've read about the game makes me wonder why square even bother with mmos.

I guess Square's board of investors are very patient and very forgiving people otherwise this Yoichi Wada and his top cronies would have been sacked already as they're clearly dragging this company in the gutter (from a conso...

After last year's frankly embarrassing show from Microsoft and the strong line-up of exclusives from Sony, going into this year's E3, I think Sony's E3 crown is theirs to lose as opposed to how they can win it. Sure they have the psn troubles but at the end of the day they can atone for this easily enough with the one thing gamers want.. GAMES! Something Microsoft seem to have forgotten unless you count Kinect sports, adventures, kinectimals and such as proper games which I quite...

Well I hate to troll but does RAGE have multiplayer? Seeing who is making it I'd assume yes.. does the multiplayer have dedicated servers on the xbox 360? If no then it's not next gen gaming.

Kind of like beating on a dead horse a bit but I swear if microsoft and co tout how awesome the next generation of gaming is going to be yet still use the same crappy online system as most of the games I play, I won't be impressed. Nothing more annoying than paying for a sup...

That's a cheeky little prenailing in the xbox coffin. Microsoft's E3 conference will probably last 2 hours and a good quarter of it will be designated to show off their latest shovelware for kiddies. Microsoft please please please prove me wrong I beg of you however from last year's E3, I've lost faith in you.

Looks awesome however I wonder how well it'll work on games with aim assist on? COD especially suffers from this quite badly might be a bit annoying using the controller with games like that.

Would be nice but the timing SUCKS. I admit i'm new to PSN so maybe this is the norm for them but to take it off throughout the entire prime time of Europe then bring it back just as the yanks come home from work/school.. kind of sucks a bit.

Ouch that's pretty high.. guess Sony will learn in future not to piss off hackers when they aggressively attack people who try to modify their system.
