I played black ops 3 on Xbox one and the game frequently looked just like black ops 2 with touched up lighting and textures. Some of the textures were very dated and animations in mp look exactly the same as they did in MW1. The game simply isn't as impressive as other shooters I own on consoles Halo 5 (xb1), battlefield 4(xb1), Killzone shadow fall (PS4) and Doom (PS4).

This game engine dates back to Call of Duty 2 (2005), it's over 10 years old. The COD engine is also a modified Quake 3 engine (id tech 3) which date back to 1999. With all the money COD makes, Activision should be investing in new tech.

The fog issue may have been due to draw calls, which the xb1 can handle a bit better than the PS4 due to having a stronger CPU. But I think Bethesda's dated engine is the likely culprit . There are more graphically demanding open world games on the PS4/XB1, that look and perform much better than Fallout 4.
I played Alpha, Beta and full release. I still think the mp is poorly balanced; hack modules are gimmicky, demons and power weapons are OP and promote cheap kills. Also some of the hack modules promote bad play and reward subpar players.
Also both Rise of The Tomb Raider and Forza Horizon 2, had separate dev teams for Xbox One and 360.

It seems one can't give an opinion about Uncharted 4, no matter how constructive it is, unless you praise everything about the game.
I don't believe in the PS4 Neo and Xbox One Scorpio. I just don't find all the rumours and 'leaks' convincing. Also the names Scorpio and Neo sound eerily similar, I find it odd that both MS and Sony would use Latin-esque names.

Uncharted 4 has the best story, set pieces ,gunplay and hand to hand fights in the series. My only complaints about the singleplayer is the pacing, there should have been more combat and the "box puzzles" became very redundant. I am also simply not a fan of certain design choices implemented into the multiplayer.
