The only upgrades I could see the PS4 and XB1 getting are one's (as you stated) related to 4K video output, e.g faster HDMI ports. The usual engineering changes to make the consoles smaller and more power efficienct over time should be expected as well.
I am very confident the upgraded consoles aren't real. Unrealistic specs, no dev kits (yet fall launch), unverified sources, mandatory patches and the Sony and MS consoles are selling well.

Talk about paid endorsement, I have never felt that COD was balanced enough to be an eSport. It is played competively simply because of it's popularity.

Epic has normally not relied on making games to bring in revenue, the company primary revenue is engine licensing. Epic seemed to have stepped away from triple A game development, even the new Unreal Touranment is free to play.
Yes they should make the game like COD, Destiny and the new Doom multiplayer. They should add, perks, give loadouts with imbalanced weapons, and maybe take a page out of Battlefront (2015) and give you unlimited ammo and rapidly recharging specials...lol, No!

There aren't many western games with non white lead characters, but western game cast are becoming more diverse. I am not white, but unlike movies I don't see games that have been 'white washed' (which can seem bigoted or insulting). The new live action Ghost in the Shell film, has characters with Japanese names, yet all the main characters are played by white actors....wtf.

The "leaked" documents look made up. Actual documents would have much more detailed specs, patent numbers, model numbers etc. Not to mention claims like games going from 4 to 8 player splitcreen. The 'upgraded' CPU wouldn't allow for such a jump in performance. Mandatory patches for a Neo mode (Sony can't make devs patch their game). No dev kits, and yet fall release.
I would change the title to hardware demanding, some of the less demanding games look better than the more demanding ones. Crysis notoriously over-stressed hardware when it came out.

The MP for this game won't last long, the PC version might have some more legs due to mods. The singleplayer looks way more old-school and polished than the multiplayer.
