I was going to wait for demos before deciding on which game to buy, but I have to buy 2K because it will be out a couple of weeks eariler. I didn't buy 2k14, so I am missing my B-Balling.
Hey, maybe Sony is going to reveal their own "secret sauce".
I hope the "disagrees" about about the "I am too old" statement :)
...Now that you are one, you need to step it up and get on the 'One... and '4 for that matter.
...I miss the WWII game... COD 2 was my fav.
Actually, I thought launch week would be the best chance for XBO to outsell the PS4... looks like even people who were waiting on XBO to be released in their country weren't enough to outsell the PS4 which has been available for quite some time.
re: Diidn't they say it made $500 million?
They said it shipped $500 worth of games to retail. Now we are getting word on how many of those were "sold through".
I wish I could say the same. Looks like a beautiful game with a great story and humor, but I just never liked platformers to a great extent. I find them very difficult for me to play and trying to shoot and hit a little landing spot takes a lot of the fun away for me.
I had the same problem with some of the levels in I:SS, espec the lava level with jumping from platform to platform, dodging, and shooting at the same time... guess I am just not wired for it (or I am too o...
Both Sony and Microsoft require the disc to be transfered to the hard drive, so physical media does not save hard-drive space.
...yes, that is a given.
Hell, the way things are looking both Sony and Microsoft are moving towards gaming on a browzer via streaming from a server farm...
You forgot "Project Cars"
I am just not sure which ONE to get... I will only have time to play one racing game... Ahhhh... decisions have to be made.
Thank you, found another article that says: "Though many Forza fans will understandably complain about the game being locked at 30 frames per second, the speeds at which your vehicle of choice will travel across the Mediterranean countryside require much of the world to be drawn and redrawn quickly. Trees, grape vines, and regional homes with tiled roofs and stucco finishes zip past on your high-speed road trips. Thus, the locked framerate is justified, but even so, every car runs, turn...
Wait a moment... the arcticle states " Running at 1080p and 60fps without a single framerate hitch, that was pretty impressive. "
According to IGN's preview ( http://www.ign.com/articles... it is running at 30fps. Have they upgraded the frame rate or is the author mistaken?
I have to admit, I have not played an NHL game in a very long time. Thus, I don't miss the "missing features". I downloaded the demo and got to play one period before I had to stop and the game just felt "off" to me. I need to get back to it and play a full game at least, but I didn't really enjoy the period I played. The gameplay felt stiff instead of fluid, as hockey should be.
Early Access and EA Access are two seperate things. Early Access is Alpha and Beta builds, EA Acess are older games that you get to rent for a monthly fee (or yearly).
I picked up EA Access not for the demos, but for the old games. I buy a lot of games a year or more after they are released because of the price. I picked up EA Access to enjoy EA games for a great price. I don't mind playing last year's Madden Football instead of this year's version. That i...
Isn't Silent Hills a game that always goes Platinum? I have not played any of the series, but it seems that one is a sure fire "hit".
I don't see any of the others being much... but then again, I can't see the future and how games will be received.
"01- ScreamRide" - Seems like a silly concept, but I keep seeing this game on a lot of "top" lists. When I first heard about it I quickly let it slip out of my mind, but with the slow burn hype behind it, I guess I will have to learn a little more.
Yeah, but 20 years ago it was "cutting edge".
...hmmmm, that kinda worries me. They don't give you a chance to try before you buy.
