It is certainly a tricky situation for the video game industry in Japan. They need the sales from western markets but for some franchises like Final Fantasy, Resident Evil and Devil May Cry, the changes that are made end up alienating the fanbase.
Perhaps it is just a shift in tastes due to the rise of the Playstation and Xbox, along with the average age of gamers now at about 30 years of age.

I think his visit could be to announce exclusive content for Metal Gear Solid 5, and I agree with @dcj0524 timed exclusive content is pointless. It may turn out to be something similar to what Ubisoft does with an extra side mission or something.
He may also be there to pick up a PS4 as well.
I'm going to wait until there are some worthwhile games available that require the camera.

Maybe it is a cunning plan by Microsoft to boost sales of the Xbox One. If the console ban is permanent, then the guy will need to purchase another, right?

How come only Turn 10 got access to the cloud? They should be giving it to Crytek and Capcom as I'm sure gamers want both of those titles to be 1080p as well.
Agreed. I think Naughty Dog will make Uncharted 4, but I hope their other game is a new ip. Pity about Savage Starlight.
Joel and Ellie's story is over, so no need to do a prequel or sequel on the PS4. Single player DLC is already meant to be incoming for the game.
I don't get the last part of the article. Why do I need the camera to stream the game? I thought the share button did that?
The camera needs games, like Until Dawn or Outlast.
D4 and Quantum Break only, but not enough for me to justify getting an Xbox One. I hope they sell because if I recall the last Swery and Alan Wake/Remedy games didn't do as well as expected on the 360.
