Polyphony Digital should use some of these for Gran Turismo 7, especially the bit about the audio.
It's a marketing tool because the game plays the same on the PS4 as it does on the X1, the frame rate and resolution is used to highlight which is the 'superior' version.

I agree with the points raised in the article and with some of the above @diesoft and @Jyndal.
Certain issues such as the recycled dialog could be difficult to overcome. How much dialog, actions etc. do you need to record for each NPC?
Being able to enter more buildings would be nice, though I know it would require more interiors to be created, as well as needing to populate them with NPCs. Could procedural generation help with this?

Ditto. The consoles should have been able to display 1080p on all games. Having said that, I do look forward to what the developers will be able to do with the systems over the next few years.

I agree with you regarding the price point. If it doesn't sell then it may end up like the Move. But price is only part of it. Like @The_Infected said, it needs quality games to make people want to buy it.

I disagree. In my opinion the industry wouldn't collapse without Microsoft as Nintendo and Sony are both large enough to fill the void. Other companies such as Amazon are already looking to join as well.

I agree. There is a sort of 'Halo effect' with The Master Chief Collection. Not so sure about the other MS exclusives. Multi-platform title sales will no doubt vary on the install base. It'll be interesting to see if Advanced Warfare sells more on the XBOX ONE or the PS4 in the USA.

I support Bungie in choosing Peter Dinklage for the voice of the AI, and this is just an Alpha after all. Just as Bungie improves the game, the actor can potentially improve their performance as well.
