I look forward to seeing new ip's for the PS4 in 2014 and beyond.
Great to hear. We're cheering for you Hello Games!
New ip from Naughty Dog
Getaway for PS4
Agent
The Last Guardian
Syphon Filter reboot
SSM new ip
more JRPG's and new ip's
When I saw the teaser, the first thing it reminded me of was Mercenary. Flying the Cheese was a lot of fun.
Will this be released in the West?
Spot on. May want to add an overhaul of the engine sounds.
Quantum Break looks great. I hope it sells well on the Xbox One.
Naughty Dog should make an Antonio Banderas game!
Reminds me of Mercenary II on the Atari ST and Amiga.
I agree. Nintendo do need to start bringing more original ip's as well as new titles for Mario, Zelda etc. But what can Nintendo do to ensure strong 3rd party support this gen, as I doubt they could survive without it?
Space Invaders or Pong
Gears of War is best left where it is. The brand is associated with the Xbox and it wont sell on the PS4, and I'd doubt that an HD collection would be worth the effort and cost as well. I'd prefer Epic make a new ip.
To everyone buying a PS4 or Xbox One on launch day, Happy gaming!
I really hope this isn't true. Why would developers agree to such a stupid policy for this latest generation of consoles? Microsoft had the advantage last gen with the 360 launching first and being easier to develop for. But this isn't the case anymore.
Personally, if MS exited the console business then I would not care, since they appear to be only interested holding back the competition instead of competing fairly.
I don't think Kojima or Konami would miss out giving MS the extra mission unless it was a Sony initiative. Xbox gamers have played MGS2 and MGS3 with the similar snake skin after all.
Alien Love
Game of Death, or maybe 2001: A Space Odyssey
When the PS4 is released on Friday in the United States, does that mean we can call it current-gen and if so, what do we call the PS3 and Xbox 360?
Edit forgot to add WiiU
I have enjoyed countless hours of gaming on my PS3. And there are still more great times to come!
My wallet is going to take a battering next year, but I think it may just be worth it.
