Another PS4-Pro owner... Most PS4-OG owners would rather upgrade to PS5.
As a Pro owner myself I'm interested in PS5 as well though.
Almost all TVs on the market are 4K now, and yes there are good budget 4K sets for under $600.
The best one for $599 is the TCL 6 series with 4K, HDR, Local Dimming with 96 zones, and integrated Roku. It's getting rave reviews everywhere(aside from the few that get a bad set with vertical banding).
There are even cheaper ones than that though, and easily the majority are 4K now.

Hoping it's the 5.5 TFLOP version they were talking about... 4.14 is just enough for 60fps... not better graphics. I'm actually only interested in graphics, I think 60fps takes away from games. If it were 4.14 TFLOPS at 30 fps I'd be satisfied. But at 60fps I'm hoping 5.5... fingers crossed.

I don't think so, I mean, I played this game when I was 13-14 and got the gold chocobo and everything. If you can't play this type of game, you really need to back off. OG players are all near their 30's or over now, and it's not that hard to use online guides, especially with smartphones or PS4 browser these days. If you can't play it, you really need to back off.
Xbox 360. It was the first console to really break the mold with online and HD. It got my sister playing video games before she passed, so it's always going to be that 'it' console for me. PS1/2 come close, but was mostly for single player. I'm not knocking it at all though, if I win, I'll be getting a PS4 as I mostly play single player now that she's passed, and PS4 has more of those games. Also I have no console at the moment, so pretty please? Lol.
FFVIIR is going to be the shit! Those graphics were beyond belief and really reflected reality and the old style. Framerate was a bit short but I'm sure it'll be 30fps by time it launches, especially with how far FFXV has progressed from 900p20 to 1080p30 now... Now I'm sure they'll optimize FFVIIR by release. I really wish they'd upgrade the graphics further for PS4-Neo though. I don't care about the 60fps... IMO 60fps will take away from the cinematic aspect of...
I have a similar story... albeit not official, my sister died and she resembles Tifa Lockhart really well. I feel like FFVIIR is going to be my last gaming run with her.

For mobile it would be worthless because of battery life, and for a homeconsole you'd be paying upwards to $500-700 for a console less powerful. How this even makes the slightest bit of sense is beyond me.
