All the PC folks trashed MW2? You need to get your facts correct. I think the most that signed the petition was around 230000 signatures. You do realize that there are between 60-80 million people who play PC games. However I am one who signed the petition and have yet to buy it.

This is going to be another game in my software library. Loved the first 2, I hope this will do the series justice. With dedicated servers, it a step in the right direction.
I agree. I own 103 games on Steam and 12 on Impulse. I also have about 10 on D2D (because of the 5 year anniversary). I like Impulse better but they just don’t have the deals or games on their platform.
I’m happy with L4D2, let me rephrase that, I am extremely happy with L4D2. If it was a expansion or as is, wouldn’t have made much difference. Because the boycotters were complaining about splitting the community, well had it been an expansion. It still would have split the community. As for the price, I bought the 4 pack, which made it about $32.75 for each copy. The Sims 3 new expansion pack is $39.99, so not much of a difference.
I agree with UltimateIdiot911. I didn't buy, not going to buy it, unless it is very cheap. $59.99 for a 5 hour single player game? And with all of the extras gone (dedicated servers), no thanks.
I love Borderlands. Since I have 4 computers in my home it is a no brainer, not to have this game as well as Left 4 Dead 2. I bought Dragon Age also, which is a freaking awesome game. Too many games, not enough time.
One of the best games ever made in my opinion. And with any DLC it will only get better.

I think this is a good deal. Between Age of Conan and Lord of the Rings online, it’s a good time to resub to these games. Both are good and have gotten better.
Well I admit I loved MW1, very good game. But I will not pirate or buy MW2, period.
However I will do something that will HURT Activision and Infinity Ward. I will support their competition.
Now for the console guys (which I am part of also). Without PC gamers, you will get a period of years of no innovation. We buy video cards, ram, hard drives, DVD drives, sound cards, CPUs and mother boards. Without us the computer industry will stagnant.

I love Borderlands and it makes for a nice all night lan session. My son hardly plays PC games, but this one will keep him in his chair for hours, very few games do that. So what ever they are selling DLC or expansions or sequels, I am in.
The only reason I left Warhammer Online was that the keeps were reset too quickly. When we would take a keep, it felt like once we left the keep was taken by the enemy.
I am having a ball playing Dragon’s Age, I am happy and that is what counts.

There is nothing niche about any genre of gaming. I like Empire Total War, Company of Heroes, but just bought Dragon Age, Borderlands and Left 4 Dead 2. All of these games can keep me busy for years.
