I’ll wait for the game to be on sale, I already have Borderlands.
Well I signed the petition. We’ll see if these so called politicians do the right thing.
I don’t pirate anything. Buy all of my games 100% legit. If a game has a pain in the ass DRM, I just won’t buy the game. There are way too many games out there that are good to worry about some BS like DRM.
I think that would be comparing Apples to Oranges.
I don’t like not having LAN ability or having dedicated servers.
BC2 is slower paced, bigger maps, but has vehicles.
MW2 has smaller maps, no vehicles, but fast paced.
Both have those special unlocks and different PvP match types.
Depending on my mood, I could go either way. If I needed a quick match and limited time, I would go MW2, but if I had time to waste and wanted to play awhile...
Fear for PC scared the shit out of me, many times, but never had to break. Deep Space , Bioshock 1 and Doom 3 had it’s moments, but still never quit or took a break. I don’t understand the need to break from a great time, even when the chill bumps are on overdrive.
I have to agree on that one, I can build 4-5 complete PCs than one good complete Dell computer. And it is easy, even a console fanboi could do it!
I can access my games from my couch and don’t have to get up to put another disk in (digital download) for a different game. And as I have said before on so many of these types of articles, go to your XBox or PS3 and post here, if it is that damn good.
Some of the current sub MMOs should be dropping their rates, might make more money.
Courts don’t care the reasons why a couple gets a divorce. They go by the letter of the law, this is a non-issue. The lawyers are just bringing the reasons why someone is filing for divorce. The estate will get split depending on each circumstance (children mostly).
Depending on the starting price, I might buy it. But more than likely buy it after the first 3-6 months after release.
Losing money fast..............I have bought several games this week, each day.
X3: Terran Conflict is an awesome game, well worth the price at $10.00 on Steam. Had I known how well the game was, I would have bought when brand new. I miss the old space fighter games , like Wing Commander series.
SW:TOR the WoW killer, doubt it. WoW will kill itself as with all things that are great. It will be the lack of creation or too much creation, that will deal WoW death.
If EA has a booth with the best game ever made. If Valve had a booth with an awesome game, but had booth babes. And in my booth, the biggest pile of steaming crap for a game, with two fine booth babes doing a 69 and free beer, my booth would be full, the others empty, end of story.
It is a new tech, give it sometime.
Go for the EYES BOO!
I would like them to add some protection to the consumer also. I don’t mind going after pirates, I buy everything I own.
However , if we buy a game and it does not perform as promised then we should get our money back. As a consumer I am sick and tired of a company promising X,Y,Z and we getting the shaft. Need for Speed Underground, the game plays, but nothing for multiplayer (which I bought it for), Hellgate, Vanguard, etc. All I want is for the game to work as promised.
MS needs to drop GFWL, add their selection to Steam, D2d and Impulse and call it good.
I’ll check it out if I see a group of positive reviews. As for the money thing, this is normal and not a big deal. If you can’t afford it, time to switch your hobby. I think knitting is cheap……………and profitable.
I agree with some and disagree with others. First I think that all forums should use some Real ID. I think it will eliminate a lot of BS that goes on forums today.
The charge for the map packs are retarded. I can see combining both map packs for $15.00, but that is it.
EA charging for the multiplayer I don’t care for either. It will shrink the demand of used games and open a hole for us to get screwed further. I imagine in the future that each game will have ...
