I know not all of these are exclusive. I would be the best time to get a PS3 in japan if they're waiting for jrpgs.

This issue with only having english isn't a big deal. The other drawbacks are plausible complaints though. I do think having the smaller disk is an issue but in this case "Only English" in an English territory seems acceptable.
Who needs the extra languages if 90+ percent of the target 360 audience only knows english.

With this information I doubt SE will sit back and support this mod.
The reason why fines are so big is because the company who broke the law is big.
If the average man got sued for $5000 that'd severely impact his life. If a multi-billion company got sued the same amount for the same infraction it'd be a slap on the wrist.
Fines are big to cause harm, or punish a company for abusing their power. If the fines amounted to lunch money then the system would be a lot worse then it is today and copyrights, malpractice etc wouldn't be taken...

I think that it's all the BS royalties that screw up the resale. SE would have to negotiate royalties with everyone involved in both the original CT and these guys. Sounds like a nightmare.

Your right graphics aren't everything. I recently purchased a 20 year old RPG "Phantasy Star II" and spent time enjoying it. Not saying DEVs shouldn't put any effort in graphics at all but still.
There are many outlets to enjoy RPG games. If graphics are the only shortcoming it's not a total failure. It seems today people are so over spoiled by next gen graphics that they lose sight of the big picture. I agree that having better graphics can make the game more interesti...

That's a key checkpoint in the MAC vs PC adds by apple. The macs are always touting that the PC's freeze etc.
Oddly I've only had my vista system freeze once and I've owned it for over a year. The worse that happened outside that freeze was things weren't functioning right but never crashed completely. After Reboot or restore point everything back to normal.
Hardware seems to be the biggest problem with my hardware.
