Really? Is that so?
Something tells me you've never seen the automotive forums.
You think PS3 vs 360 is bad? Try Ford vs Honda. Chevy vs Ford. Mitsubishi vs Subaru. etc. etc. The difference is these people actually get so bad they literally get into real fights.
So don't try and act like the rest of the world outside the gaming community is all happiness and rainbows.
There's fanboys for everything. Heck, I used t...
Honestly, the only thing these girls or people in general can do is just report the message and delete everything else. Then move along and play some games.
And why does gaming girls have to be associated with being fat and ugly? There are a lot of hot girls who plays games regularly.
Yeah Dead Space 1 had a bug when Vsync was turned on, it affected the latency of the game. But you can play it with Vsync off and it will be reponsive. Except I know that it tears like a mofo and I honestly don't like it that way. So yes Dead Space 1 had that problem.
Dead Space 2 however, they finally addressed it. And anybody complaining about it being a "console" port needs to calm down. It looks fantastic on my PC in 1080p with max settings.

I love the new art direction for the cover. Excellent stuff.
LOL
Yeah 9.4 from gametrailers is a bit surprising.
I don't really care about reviews scores anymore anyway. Judge the game for yourself, it's that simple. I enjoyed the hell out of GT PSP and GT5 even though it didn't get 10/10s across the board.
Technically it's, "I could care less." And a game that can be beaten in less than one hour doesn't mean you have to do it that way. Who plays a story game and skips all the cut scenes? Who plays every single game that you paid $60 for and do nothing but speed runs? That beats the whole purpose of enjoying a game.
It's not a sequel in terms of storyline to Demon's Souls nor is it in the same realm. It's a sequel in terms of gameplay elements and obviously is the same genre.
Heard that one before year after year.
Sorry, let's just face the facts here. The 360 has good graphics as far as being up to the normal standards. But it hasn't done anything beyond what people haven't seen before.
My response exactly. NGP + Dark Souls = Major Win for Portable gaming (at least for Demon's Souls fans like me)
DO IT! DO IT!
Im stoked for this game!
I don't see them as being greedy for making it multiplatform, their hope was to make more money to survive. Isn't that what a business is supposed to do? Aim to profit?
Now that being said, it was actually a disappointing game to me in terms of actual gameplay. I never really felt in control of Monkey because of the prioritized animations. It does have a compelling story, but this proves that story can only get you so far without the core game being good. Heck, peopl...
I don't care anymore. Just give me a FFVI remake in the same 2D style but with updated graphics.
^IcarusOne, when the developers say they are utilizing 100% of the PS3 they mean with the code they are using. For example, Crysis 1 barely taps 30-50% of my CPU. What does that mean? That means they aren't utilizing 100% of my CPU because it's not optimized just for my CPU.
But with the PS3, 360, etc. etc. they can optimize as much as they can until they reach 100% utilization. Even then, there's always more optimization available to have more efficient coding, ...
They are under appreciated IMO. They always get slandered and hated on for releasing good quality hardware, solid content and support, and technical innovations for the industry.
Yeah honestly it doesn't really do anything else so magical to set itself from other FPS's. But that's the limit of the genre, there's only so much people can do with it. Still, its fun for what it is as a mindless shooter. But I still prefer the BFBC team based gameplay the most out of any style of FPS's, that and Killzone 2.
^Other than being 720p, the console versions don't look that different. Other than 30fps and 720p, they look the same. Sadly that's the only difference when console games don't really take advantage of PC hardware.
For the record I also have DR2 for PC.
Maybe SCEJ Owns the Demon's Souls IP, but this is why this game is called Dark Souls and not Demon's Souls 2.
How does it play like COD? It plays nothing like COD to me. The class based system, the weighty character feel, the objectives, the graphics, etc.
The only thing that really changed is that the controls are now responsive, but it still feels like its own shooter.
