I rented it, and it's much longer than 4 hours. Although I agree, I wouldn't buy it. It's getting a bit repetitive already. Kick, shoot in head, Kick shoot in head. Though of course I know you're supposed to try and be creative with kills, but IMO there's really no real rewards. I've been doing the same basic kills over and over and have more than enough points for upgrades. That and the game isn't as Crazy or Over the top as they made it out to be, it's pretty...
I'd say $350 is my limit. Considering I'm a person who dropped $570 on a graphics card, that doesn't mean I'll fork over $400 for a handheld.
Sounds good to me, I hope they make some good games though.
What does Microsoft have anything to do with this?
I think people should just gamefly the game for a couple weeks and then move along to other games.
WhiteNoise, MLAA doesn't blur the scene, I think you're thinking of Quincunx.
On topic: This is terrible news for Crysis 2 PS3 players. Shame. I've been playing Killzone 3 and that game is a masterpiece for graphics especially in the later levels. So much for the claims of Crytek.
@njr, why do you act so surprised? "ZOMGGGG A new COD!!!?!?!?!? NOT THIS AGAIN!!?!?!? I THOUGHT IT WAS DONE!!!"
o_o
Wow May 17th huh. I've already lost interest in this game and judging from the poor reviews, looks like I'm not missing out on anything anyway.
They did the same in 2009.
Sad.
The 360 was touted as the hardcore gaming machine with tons of exclusives.
My my times have changed.
I think it's going to range from system to system. Perhaps some folks are able to use DX11 without any problems, but for people like me, enabling DX11 completely bugs it. Oh well, let's hope the final retail release isn't going to be an issue.
Strange how you're getting that, on mines with DX11 very high settings it becomes a slideshow. And I have a GTX 580. Went back to DX9 mode and runs up to 120fps.
Even though you only need 1 Radeon to run Eyefinity, it beats the whole purpose of the experience to play it in medium settings and low FPS. A single 6870 would be terrible for 3d or 3 monitors.
I'd get dual 6970s instead. Budget and Triple Monitor shouldn't even be in the same sentence.
lmao that's not even a blu-ray disc
Holy balls I cant wait to fire this game up on the PC.
And like Activision, he still proceeds to kill more kids in their dreams.
what's with all these headlines?
Obliteratinglymassivelyhugely jawdropping
A "massive" or "jaw dropping" price drop would be 50% or more.
I'm confused, why does a color change put haters to shame? Its the same device...?
@Commonsense, change your name to LackofCommonsense.
God forbid a company to try and stay afloat especially in a dwindling economy. God forbid the company tries to stay in business and make profits to pay their thousands of employees. God forbid a company regardless if its Sony or Microsoft, try to protect themselves from piracy and protect other legitimate users.
"no it not" "say it on a rise"
*shakes head*
Bullestorm had one of the most pointless "stories" ever. Seriously, could it be anymore cliche? On top of that there's no real multiplayer and it's only 5-6 hours. There's no lasting appeal. And by the end of the game I felt like I've done the same things over and over. However, credit is given to it because there were some parts that was really fun. But it shouldn't get a 5/5.
KZ3 on the other hand I would give at least a 4.5/10. Not a 5/5 eithe...
