Zhuk .. But I understand his apprehension. I will say one thing though, the type of 2D fighting changes with the style of Capcom SF games. Playing SF 3 is different than Marvel vs. Capcom and also different than the Alpha series. I think 2.5D can work or even full 3D if the speed the game is more in tune to the SF 3 pace.
I enjoy SF 3 more than the vs series because of the pace. I can think about what I need to do and not have to tap buttons endlessly to hit 99 hit combos.

The game only sold because of the need for software in Japam for 360 owners. Let's see if Creed will be on the charts next week before coming to the conclusion of Creed taking Japan by storm.
Sorry MK_Red, your Assassin's Creed is too buggy to be GOTY. So is Mass Effect. Not having God of War II in this list for GOTY is a blatant disregard for good gaming and acknowledging next gen gaming only. Not having Uncharted in the Action/Adventure category but rather replaced with Crackdown is insulting. Not having Warhawk nominated for best multiplayer game, especially when its a SOLID Multiplayer ONLY game is down right shameful.

Yes, I'm pro Sony. No, I did not mention Sony once in my post. The point is that the game is technically flawed. Does it hinder gameplay, no. Is it perfect. No. Is it the best game on the 360. Get your lazy @sses up from playing Warhawk and buy Rachet and Uncharted. Support Insomniac and Naughty. The PS3 very well might have been purchased as a Blu Ray player. If so, this does not bode well for attach rates. Boast all you want about hardware sells .. You need hardware and software sold at a decent ratio. Get hardcore PS3 owners.

1. Lead platform is 360. Probably looking to ramp up artists.
2. Recently used artist got fired or left, and they are looking to replace him/her. Their focus might have been on the 360/Windows platform.

I also agree with MK in that it does have a childish look to it. I guess Street Fighter always had it and that's what seperates it from Mortal Kombat. I'd leave the gritty look for next-gen Mortal Kombat. I'm more concerned about the 2D gameplay in 3D space. Being that its rumored to be 60 fps, I wonder what the speed of the game will be like. I hope they retain SF 3 speed as I truly believe that it's the optimal speed for SF games.
