No problem! Maybe if enough people buy this one, it'd convince them to do another full-blown one. And if a movie comes, I guarantee there'll be another game. Whether it's good or not, we'll have to wait and see. :)
I applaud you, sir.
I put it at 85 given a comparison to other things in the genre. It definitely could have been improved, I agree with you there. Perhaps they need to test the waters to see if the franchise still holds water? Even though it rocks, the last GB game didn't sell well if I remember. Price dropped very quickly.
I do agree that this is nothing compared to the original, but it holds up more than a lot of people give it credit for, I feel. A good 10 buck game, not a 60 dollar epic.
Sometimes I like linearity. It means I get all of the game. Like, I'd prefer there to be points that I could save the story, like a hub, then when I'm done, be able to go back and flesh out the rest. I think I heard Heavy Rain did this, but I don't own a PS3.
Did it fit well? Fun? Guess it might have made this list.
I just wish I could turn off the "forever spin" thing...annoying.
Wasn't there a Game Boy Metal Gear? I never got to see it...but I remember. At least Gba.
Didn't the roster get shorted for home though?
I wish I had a PS3...the graphics on what screenshots I saw looked pretty awesome. Curious to see the two in action near each other. Maps looked the same on all previews I found.
I would like to see them do like Murphy Brown did with her secretaries....just make it to where there's franchises around the USA, and have different big celebrities run a one-shot in each town. Add some flair, nobody's expecting strict canon, then it'd just be FUN.
I skipped the SNES, opting instead for the Genesis. Looking back, while I had lots of fun, I missed some stellar titles, some not on VC yet. Meaning...another article. Plus, Atari hasn't done any VC classics. There's a couple of disc compilations for random systems though.
I never got RC Pro-Am. Heard it was awesome! I wonder what's keeping the non-licensed stuff off, though. They've done some pretty obscure ones...
I would LOVE to see Phoenix. Since they have Marvel's Phoenix as well....
How dangerous would that finger point be???
It is true, it is a tiny file. DLC on disc fail.
I wish an alternate outfit was her original setup from MvC2. Sadly, that'll probably be another 5 dollar DLC later...
I hope that they continue the DLC. They could surpass MvC2 with number, I just hope they drop prices or make bundle packs. I got the Collector's Edition, it was worth the price for the cool stuff, and the price difference was the same as the DLC Cost. But if another set comes out, I'll be waiting for a price drop or using Bing Rewards points, or the new Microsoft rewards program....something to ease the pain.
This console, despite all the flak, had a lot of good in it.
I like that the website lets you create groups there, so you can even find non-Gold members, perhaps even people on different systems, and work together toward your goal!
It's not the affordability, it's the principle. I'm not asking to dumb down HD. Would you even know if a developer decided to use a larger font? Microfonts are nothing more than proof that they can do it on HD. I know individuals with disabilities that even on an HDTV they would have a hard time seeing it unless they had like a 72 inch screen. Do we eliminate their ability to play just because of a font issue? (PS: I get one game every three months new. So for a basic $200 TV, tha...
