You do realize its the 80GB PS3 w/ Motorstorm bundle that's disappearing? Sony now has better games to bundle with the 80GB than Motorstorm. Or they might just drop the price by $50 and not bundle with anything more than a few PSN games or a bluetooth headset.
When you say sales, do you mean people who purposely bought Vista (individually or by choice for a CTO purchase) or got it because they had no choice in the matter?
Actually I think the top PS3 exclusives are based on proprietary engines.

I liked the game, though I still have trouble playing FPS on a console.

If I was on their board of decision makers, I would wait for the White Ceramic and MGS4 to come out right at the same time I made the price drop.
I just hope they fix the following problems:
1) Explorer crashing and restarting for no reason.
2) Problems with standby and hibernation.
3) Long startup time.

Yep, looks like MS made the correct choice to bypass all necessary development and quality testings to push their console to the market first. For the next console, they should just ship the blueprint first and then slowly but surely furnish you with the final product.

And I was just about to become a Ubisoft fan after playing through Assassin's Creed...
I don't know how they expect to retain a fanbase with these slaps in the face. They need to realize there are enough games out there not published or developed by Ubisoft for both the PC and PS3 that are just as good or better.

I think his point is that 360 users should really stop saying that there are no games for the PS3 as it only makes them seem ignorant.
The 2008 release date was nothing more than a rumor in the first place, so I don't see how a new rumored release timeline counts as a delay. You guys are stretching a bit thin for news against the PS3.
Even though I have a PS3, I might just get a silver PS2 in case it should ever fail a decade down the road and I need to play my PS2 games.
Though I have spent over a few hundred dollars on games since I've bought a PS3, I've also bought half a dozen movies besides the five free ones. As for ones that are still only on HD-DVD, divx and h264 videos on an external hard drive solves that problem.
This is just a new color model, but I don't think a new price is going to come out until close to when a few big games (KZ2, MGS4, or FFXIII) are to be released.
What if they say their reliability and features are "about equal"?
They got a limited edition bundle, we get a case for free. It's not much but it just got me to make my preorder on Amazon.
