The quest of some to silence ambition and new innovation of others always puzzles me. Either this guy is a pure pessimist in everyday life, or he just has something against Sony. This article is more slander than opinion.
They aren't half bad for the price of a cheap lunch.
Capcom is working overtime on a weekend for a free demo, give them a break. It's not like the entire network is down, just this single port which most of us won't purchase anyways in light of better games to come.
I bought the DMC4 Limited Edition for my PS3 so I could complete my DMC collection. It's just really fun gameplay.
Btw, does anyone know if DMC4 is the last one?
Uh huh, I was thinking along the same lines when the 360 was selling better despite its notorious shortcomings.
I have a 60GB PS3, but I may pick up a PS2 just so I can play some of those rare PS2 games. Price drops on game titles and hardware is NEVER a bad thing for the consumer.
Games are coming out a bit too fast now, I still don't have time to finish my PS2 games before the big next gen hitters come.
I've played through part of Wild Arms 5 (10th Anniversary Edition) and it was really fun. Maybe it's just because I haven't played the series 2 through 4, but it shouldn't count against this title so much.
The only reason these comments appear is because there are so many of these articles blindly patting the 360 on its back without criticizing its faults. There's no such thing as a perfect console in this generation, and its about time we acknowledge that.
Cooler running system means less need for cooling and ventilation, so maybe we will get a lighter and slightly smaller PS3.
I still want my Rock Band patch.
This is why I shop at BB, CC, Amazon.com, and Buy.com. As for used games, I get them from Newbury Comics in near mint condition versus the scratched discs at Gamestop with no booklet.
Hmm, my recommendations for ways to fill up 20 mins for these two weeks:
1) Get a gift for your loved ones and make plans as Valentine's day is coming.
2) Go for a jog in the crisp winter season.
3) Take a bath (way too many people think a shower every other day is enough).
4) Watch some TV, the new season of Jericho is starting soon.
If we can't, we should make a zone for it. ^_^b
I've seen massive sales at both Amazon and Barnes & Noble on HD-DVD titles, maybe to clear them off the shelves for Blu Ray.
Last game I bought from them for my PS3 was CoD4 and GHIII, and I'm not going to buy another until they let me use their guitars on Rock Band.
Some developers can do it just fine without the installation, like Naughty Dog's Uncharted. But it's just an option that they have at their disposal to improve the gameplay experience since every PS3 come with this standard feature.
First of all, the 360 would have this feature implemented too if only they provided a HDD with every console, but even then you are usually limited to 20GB unless you have an Elite. Take your multiplayer Burnout Paradise for example, can you play that on the 360 Arcade without needing to purchase an overly expensive HDD add-on?
Second, this is just a rumour for being a 5GB install. They are all features that developers have every right to implement to provide for a better gamepla...
I don't get why everyone is so concentrated on her occupation, some people just aren't that good at the game until they've played for awhile. Besides I'm pretty that sure that was a fan service video rather than something to show off her skills.
I hope they do or we are all stuck with a single CPU maker for computers. No more price wars and we could eventually end up with another Pentium 4.
