Only an exclusive according to the site in regards to no 360 port. But I've never heard of this game or the developer. I doubt I'll be wasting my money on it when GT5 Prologue is right around the corner.
I just hope it gets released as soon as possible.
Square Enix has just been real silent about its next gen games. I haven't heard much about Last Remnant except that article suggesting getting the game might be the only way to get a demo of FFXIII.
I unfortunately have Comcast as my ISP, there is an unspoken bandwidth limit with them. Choosing to purchase bits and bytes of video is kind of difficult since I could just as fast download it on torrent. I would much prefer to pay more for it as a physical HD media with extra contents.
They have the experience and resources from the last two generations of consoles. Even a bad launch can't hinder them for too long. Stringer managed to do a pretty good job at restructuring the company. Now if they can focus more on software development (Home, PSN, etc), I don't see why they can't tie with the 360's sales by mid-2009.
So because it has a terrific opening movie means it must have a mediocre plot and gameplay? I suppose this is the same style of thinking that leads some people to believe that just because the PS3 is a great Blu Ray player its function as a gaming console must have been compromised.
Reminds me of the old Celerons during the early Pentium era when they overclocked over 50%.
I thought there is already plans for partnership between Netflix and XBL and PSN.
This is why demo can be detrimental to a game.
Yeah but I doubt anyone can find an article or video like this for the PS3 or Wii.
Then let's hope that in the long run, the 470,000 units would mean nothing.
I do like the premise of the game and will probably get it if I ever buy a 360, but it's hard to deny that this is a blog for only the 360 and the score is quite a bit higher than metacritics's mean.
Everyone's sales has been failing.
Between the limited quantities of Wii, limited quantities of different SKUs of 360, and the only remaining SKU for the PS3, this is a weird time for games.
Level 5 has always been great at their gameplay mechanic, take for example Rogue Galaxy and Dragon Quest VIII. If they can just improve their story by a bit, they would be perfect.
I don't see why not. Sony has been pretty good with the studios they acquire.
Polyphony Digital is still perfecting Gran Turismo. SCE Japan Studio is still helping to publish many titles developed in Japan. We are looking forward to Team ICO's next big release. The list goes on to include Naughty Dog, Guerilla Games (which has never stopped improving), and the Santa Monica studio.
I don't remember them ever closing one of their studios down or removing its talents af...
I still might get it after the price drops to $30, which is pretty much the price I would pay for this game, Stranglehold, and the like.
I think it depends on the success they'll have with LBP. If they get good at it, I don't see why they shouldn't give these kinds of games a try.

But is there anyway to do it when I don't know anyone with a modded PSP or an old PSP? If only there was something resembling the R4 for the PSP, where I can just put a bunch of games onto a 2GB MicroSD card and boot it up with no modifications to the system that may void the warranty.
Too complicated for me to have to get an old PSP or buy one of these things off eBay. I'll stick with normal PSP games for my PSP Slim and R4 for my DS Lite.
Since Uncharted has finally built their engine, the sequel with its tweaks should be released much sooner.
