I started playing the main game but it was a rental, so I had to return it. I'm waiting for a good price to buy it.

What I think is interesting (and a bit sad) is that the Kinect can't "see" younger/smaller children (under 40"), meaning either they get left out, or you have to mount the camera really high. :S
Oh, be nice. The Wii has plenty of good games. It has tons of crap games, but it also has plenty of good ones, too. I could think of at least two dozen off the top of my head.

OMG I completely agree. I was like a Game Dev Story zombie all this weekend! I'm constantly like, I can get a bigger seller than the last one! I know I can!!
Yeah, that was something that always put a lot of people off the Sims I think, the lack of any kind of direction. I thought the Sims 2 did a pretty good job with the aspirations concept, but the console version of Sims 3 takes it just one step further.
Yeah, considering that the original idea for The Sims was as an architecture simulator, I'm surprised they never did that.
Yeah Microsoft has pretty much acknowledged they're in it for the long-haul, hoping the Kinect will extend the life of the base console. Personally, I'm not in a rush for a new gen any time soon, so that's fine with me.
It's not a bad game, I just didn't really enjoy it. It was just TOO much grinding for me. I don't mind grinding if their is a purpose or I'm doing something else while I grind (i.e., like in Persona 3, where you are doing side quests or leveling up your personas to unlock new skills), but grinding just for the sake of it?? No thank you.
This list is only third-party titles, and Mario Kart, Metroid Prime, and Sin & Punishment are all first-party published.

Yeah, I've also only played the flash version (both the original and the sequel). I wish they were longer. If the iphone version had more levels than the flash games, I would buy it in a heart beat.
