Great list. Monkey rules.
Considering how I didn't care for ZHP, I don't think I'd like this either. Still, it's hard to beat $1 if you enjoy that sort of thing!
Yeah, it is worth it for $0.99.
Yeah I definitely agree. It was definitely far beyond what I expected for a little downloadable RPG. I would love to see something else come out of this studio.
Don't know if I can agree with everything on the list; for one thing, I think it's too soon to judge Dance Central, but interesting all the same.
I wanted to give this game a 10/10, but the controls were to annoying for me to do so. A little waggle is ok, but they exaggerate.
I don't normally like Zombie games, but this definitely seems like you get your value for your dollar.
Yeah I have to say I was really disappointed with Steam's deals over all. I was hoping to get ME1 for cheap :(.
Wow that sucks, but glad you were still able to find some good deals.
It almost seems like a missed opportunity here, considering how good Ys Seven is/was. I know that game was built from the ground up for PSP, but other developers (like Atlus) have shown you can remake old games on the PSP and make them even better than the original.
Is this the game where you can't actually be any of the real super heroes (or villains) you have to make one up?
Yeah I was equally surprised. I haven't heard anything good about these games so far.
The point is we're not going to see Halo on PS3 or Mario on 360, and I don't think I'd want it that way. But why should the PS3 people get dlc for a multiplatform game and the PC and 360 people get left out or vice versa? I think offering everyone content that is unique to that platform makes more sense and keeps everyone happy.
I actually would rather see something like this happen than the current practice of one console or the other getting the DLC while the others are left in the cold. As someone who owns all consoles, but who prefers one over the others, I hate having to decide if I want to get a game on a console I don't like as much because that one has the dlc versus getting it on my console of choice and having to miss out.
Really? Because the trailers had me going: "OH MY THIS IS A MUST PLAY" but the demo had me saying: "hmmm maybe not..." I will have to give it a try then! I'm playing Enslaved right now and really enjoying it so far.
Well, I know you can get Dante's Inferno for $20 or less new right now, same with Darksiders - Lost Planet 2 can also be found pretty inexpensively. Along with Alan Wake. Esp with Black Friday coming up, you might be lucky enough to find some of these for even less than $20 - which isn't bad, esp if you re-sell them when you're done. ;)
I tried the flash version and it was really hard, and it has a lot of gameplay, so if it's your thing it is definitely worth the $1.
I'm kicking myself that I missed the Alan Wake CE yesterday :S. $30 !!
Yeah it makes me want to move the games up on my backlog list...
Yeah iphone has a lot of both old and new point-and-clicks.
