I think it's great the way this piece tries to take into account how different Hawke can be depending on how you play him (or her).
Wow, Witcher 2 puts DAII to shame, at least graphics-wise.
You could argue this point a bit since they aren't pure gaming systems, but what about the iPhone?
Hilarious.
Winning with sci-ence.
I think the PSP go had 3 major issues that Sony failed to recognize impeded its success:
1- Price
2- Price of Games
3- Availability of Games
I think if they had addressed these issues, either from the beginning, or soon after launch, they would have had more luck with it.
lol they're always giving that one away. I guess they figure a lot of people miss the early deal so they'd do a throw-away one... not sure.
I can guess what some of the deals are, but not all. Will be interesting to see what the prices end up for some of these. I know DAII is going really fast right now @ $40.
That is a good point - but if I have to choose between stuff like this (or project $10) and oppressive DRM, then I choose this. I would rather companies REWARD their paying customers, than penalize them. OF course, that doesn't really count on console games, because DRM there is diff anyway.
Ah so kind of like the Signature Edition of DAII type of deal. I don't see anything wrong with rewarding people for pre-ordering, especially if others can get the DLC later if they want.
Good to see they're working on the issues to help make multiplayer a bit less painful.
Well then that might be the problem right there.
I don't play these type of games, so maybe I missed it, but didn't they have a beta to test for issues BEFORE release? I mean, isn't that the point? It's nice that they're working to fix the problems, but it doesn't help those who bought early or decided to avoid the game due to the issues. :S
Gamestop has some good deals right now, but I'm so engrossed in other games I'd rather not spend the money LOL.
I think Stealth has its time and place. Like I think it worked well in Batman: Arkham Asylum, but I would have preferred that there weren't any of them (i.e., no darn annoying security cameras) in Bioshock.
I have this game but not the stand-alone version, so none of these trophies apply to me... does make me kind of wish I had PSN+ though.
Yeah, it's kind of a shame that it is iPad-only, but I don't think it would really work on the tiny screen of an iPod Touch or iPhone.
Really interesting article, and I think you definitely have hit a major point.
With so many iOS releases, it's hard to keep up with them all... Sounds interesting, though.
I like how they're including the OST even if you buy the regular copy of the game. I also like how they have two CE options, depending on your budget.
