That's what I'm thinkin'.
Beat me to it...^_^
I used to love Xplay... until about a half year before Directv dropped G4. And I used to have a lot of respect for Adam... but recent behavior since G4 started tanking has left me doubting that(and actively disliking Morgan Webb, who just spouted bullshit for seemingly no reason at random)
But I have the sneaking suspicion his words were carefully orchestrated... he said he could be wrong about "1" of his opinions, and the "2012 launch" one is just outrigh...
Look up Project p-100. Nintendo is working on that with Platinum(I think). ^.^
I'm thinking we won't be disapointed in their work on wiiu... if they ever bother to tell us...@.@
Considering the amount of "Holiday 2012" coming from Nintendo this past year and all of the official Advertisement and promotional content being put up in stores everywhere, I'm pretty sure it is coming this year.
I think even if Grezzo made a Zelda game, "Nintendo" would still be there instead.
Regardless, spyro isn't even Sony. It's still a 3rd party franchise...>.<;;
I can fill in if you want. o∀oノ
lol.
All of the things you listed require lots of money... that Sony may not have. Which I think is edward's point. If they could do those things then they would be instead.
I don't know if the extant of their troubles is as far as he thinks it is, but with so many studio closures and years of losses here lately it is easy to see how one could think this way.
....But isn't Splinter cell MP anyway?
It may be the beginning... of the end...OF Sony's restructuring. Perhaps "dumping" this studio is one of the things needed for the Games division to stay profitable, or to set them back on that path.
After this, perhaps they will begin their rebound. The next several months will need to be watched with scrutiny to see exactly were the scales will tip.
I never liked GI. They always seemed off base and even a little Bias at times.
I read the first paragraph of your comment and blanked out. @.@
The 3ds is portable. The Vita is less portable. The 3DS xl is about as portable as a Vita. But it is essentially the same as the 3ds... but bigger. So, consumers have a choice: bigger or more portable. And unless you can bend space time, I don't see how you can magically have both in this kind of scenario.
Then there is the case of, like I said, the clamshell design. Go ahead and stick your V...
I don't know what kind of games you like, but if you like sim/management type games, search "kairosoft". They make all sorts of cool sim games like Game dev story and Mega mall story.
There are good games, but Handheld game devices aren't at risk of being dethroned anytime soon.
"Oh yeah? MY daddy is a fighter pilot!!"
...^__^ ah, n4g...
And no, I'm not much better. Hee hee...
Remember: wii sports was originally free...
I don't know how this affects your argument, as I am unsure if you are commenting on stand alone software or not...^_^;;
That's nearly $100 cheaper than an equivalent Vita Package.
Unless the GS free game was local only.
Because you can buy a smaller 3ds if you want it portable. The Vita has one size(And unlike either 3ds, no built in screen protection. Something I still don't understand... one would think protecting the major selling point high priority.) This is an alternate version, not a necessary upgrade.
@kobe
Not ugly games... the same situation as the 3ds lineup.
Yeah...
That's what I'm thinkin'...-_-;
