It is really lame how Microsoft's announcements are always 'stealing' exclusives into multiplatform games, I'm sure there will be one and VS sees to be it. Most of the fans for these games are on PS3 already. It's like they don't really give a crap about prospective consumers that only have PS3s, PS3 fans don't want to see a game dumbed down to lowest common denominators. Playing the rich bully isn't going to sell systems to these people.
Yea it seems kind of suspicious why they announced FF13 for xbox 360, but failed to mention vs at the same conference. It only seems like their deal with microsoft included saving the announcement of vs for when MS felt they needed it. FF14 will probably go to the 360, just won't be announced till after pc/ps3 versions have been out for awhile; considering they seem to have a deal with sony on that one.
I doubt you can use them on every level, lets be realistic here.. They're not going to make the whole game with jetpacks, I'm sure it's just to mix things up.
Hulu is pretty much dead if it isn't free anymore.. that's my take anyway. Lot's of hulu users probably already have tv service, and won't pay for what they get free.
@SOAD I've known quite a few people that bought 360s only to later find out they had to pay for online, your average consumer isn't in the know - we all are, they're not.
I liked Nam67 quite a bit too, aside from some stiff animations it was really a cool war game.
The art direction in Killzone is really second to none in the industry, I think of it rivaling star wars if anything.
Yea now the surprise is gone, and all we get is a couple off screen faded 3d mode pictures.. this is a horrible way for a game to make it's first appearance. I would have preferred it running in HD video for a reveal at E3 during Sony's show.. Great job with the leak, now everyone must love you PS3Gen.fr - you really dampened E3, goddamn save this stuff for E3.
I often wonder what the motive is of people that leak this stuff.. Are they just really desperate for a huge story - or are they fans of MS, and want to hurt Sony's E3? If I were a member of the media and Sony gave me access to sensitive info, I don't think my first inclination would be to go post it on the internet, that's a good way to get blackballed by Sony.
Even better would be If they made a PS3 Tales, then bundled the Vesperia port with it.. I think it's a good idea.
They go high end - watch Sony go low end and sweep the rug out from under them, kinda like PS3 and wii this gen.
I bet there will be a "Lips" game with him in it where the natal records your performance or something like that on stage..?
If they're enhanced, it kind of sucks paying $20 for old games when you can get new stuff.
I hope they make some Good bundles at least for a limited time for the people who already have PSeye..
The problem is the whole fun factor is based on the fact you're making a fool out of yourself. It is fun (especially with other people), but that get's old fast - there's a reason people put their wiis away in the closet.
Same Nintendo Wii marketing, Don't show whats happening on the screen - just show the people making fools out of themselves on the camera. We'll see a lot of this come E3 - In fact I doubt MS will allow any videos to show unless they're controlled and only show the people not the game. I'm sure Sony will do it too. It's marketing BS, go ahead and fall for it.

A game is a game, a simulator is a simulator. Simulators can be fun to dabble around in, but at the end the day the game keeps me playing.
I'm willing to bet there will be new FFXIV footage that really impresses - they did revamp the lighting engine recently after all, this is one truly pretty mmo.
don't forget - whether it's announced at E3 or not, Uncharted 3, will come next year.
Honestly anyone releasing an Unreal Engine game shouldn't have to advertise it anywhere, it's just such a huge turnoff to see it once i start a game.
