I'm starting to get the feeling Diablo III might be cross-platform PC/360 and considered an exclusive for microsoft. It would make sense since the 360 is much more pc-port friendly.
Seeing Killzone 2 - Front and Center and larger than the others in 'Major Game Titles' Really gives the suggestion that Sony is very confidant in this title delivering. I hope for the best, and good to see Afrika on thier major titles, hopefully that one wont be a bomb.
Makes you wonder if the 50million and Future Downloadable content gimped the 360 version, because Rockstar opted not to have an install on that platform - maybe to conserve space on the 20GB(even less can be used) so that people have room for DLC on this and other games.
I still don't like how everyone dogs this game, It's not that bad - they did a great job on the music and cinematography. Theres a couple levels in there that will surprise you, and are very well done.
Graphics were hit and miss, sometimes pretty some ways rough, just not polished enough.
The controls were frustrating later in the game when the challenge went up and killing levels in time got to be more important. The main problem was the thrusting controller forward ...
You bet I wont get them either, I think Infinity Ward will see the error in their ways (accepting MS bribes or whatever this was)
Their move will only help rockstar with everyone on call of duty talking about GTAIV.- (And migrating)
Its interesting to see if a pattern may develop, where as open world games ie: oblivion,GTA,MMOs ect.. come out superior on PS3. We already saw burnout and oblivion perform better on PS3.
Where as closed world games, with less or no streaming ie: Sports, and everything else out there come out superior on 360.

Pachter is right on this one he hinted at a good reason why - Retailers are going to push the PS3 version. It will sell PS3s a whole lot more than 360s, When they sell consoles they have hopefully one more consumer to sell games to in the future. To top it off the Blu-ray inside the PS3 is important to most retailers, they really want it becoming mainstream (to sell more movies), rather than watch Downloadable movies take their market out from under their feet in few years.

Hah This is like Saying an SUV is a 'safer' vehicle than a regular car. Cause the much heavier 360 controller does damage to what its hitting and not so much to itself.
What about when u drop the controller on your foot, would you rather have a six-axis fall or a 360pad? I guess the 360pad would be better cause its far more important than your foot(or your buddy you throw it at cause he beat you)...
Lets see what happens when Rockstar announces GTA 5 will be a PS3 exclusive (mostly due to blu-ray/mandatory HDD) Which has already been hinted at. Notice how they're rushing it out for fall and spring - I have to be thinking now that they're making GTA 5 for 2009 or 2010.

I'm pretty sure a while ago we heard news Sony was having epic create a new IP for them, how the heck does that work? Considering Sony may be funding it.
THIS SUCKS.. the last maddens out have all been sub-par for me, they need competition badly. I wont be buying the next madden unless the graphics can really impress me - and they probably wont - Even though i love the NFL.

Well yea I think Sony Really doesn't want MS making a Blu-ray add-on and will do whatever they can to stop it. The reasoning is Sony is hoping to get 360 owners purchase their console - If 360 owners can buy a blu-ray drive at a small cost, many may do so and not Buy a PS3 that they would have bought otherwise. on top of that they will remain loyal to MS, and may not consider Sony in the next generation of consoles.
I almost think people with the 360 hd-dvd add-on will all buy ...

Yea i heard they were aiming for a worldwide release awhile ago, I wouldn't take a US/EU release out of the question for this year, Though i'm kind of feeling they may be rushing this thing, considering it was at like '15% done' not a long while ago. Knowing the company probably has several titles coming we haven't heard anything or much about that they wouldn't want to directly compete against. They want this thing out as soon as they can
Too bad for xbox fans its likely only missions, and no new area to explore(or small additions), because we know that would take up too much hard drive space. A lot of GTA fans didn't get all that into the storyline, didn't even finish san andreas, knowing messing around in the 'virtual city' was the funnest part of it.
I think you were referring to the player animations. CoD4 had much more realistic animations probably due to motion capture. The teammate on what appears to be co-op mode looks terrible and isn't moving in a convincingly realistic fashion.
I can see microsoft only showing the pc version of alan wake, making it up to the specs u need for crisis and calling it a 360 game, then not showing the downscaled 360 version untill it ships.
Kind of makes me wonder if Sony is delaying it on purpose to create some kind of tri-fecta of FPS this fall with killzone2 and resistance2.
Hate to say it but I'm willing to bet when you go to 'start a chat' it will give you the screen where it asks you whether you want to leave the game or not. Seems like he would have mentioned it in the video if it was there.
I'm really crossing my fingers and hopeing this is there, and also hoping you can play Streamed music off a pc ingame - (like 360), since i dont want to have to store all my music on the ps3 HDD *he only mentioned PS3 HDD :(*.
