"As such, Indiana Jones and the Great Circle will feature over three hours of cinematics"
"Indiana Jones and the Great Circle will feature cinematics that are nearly equivalent to the duration of a full length movie."
3 hours is about 1.5 - 2 full-length movies
Exactly what I just said. Even on Amazon they've fully sold out unless you buy from a third party.
Sometimes you wonder if Push Square is full of idiots or people who just simply don't like Sony
Push square are so silly, they never bother doing any research (hell, they never even play a game fully before reviewing it, even if it's a short 5 hour story)...
The reason the PS5 didn't sell as many consoles is because they're literally sold out in most stores. Looking at Amazon, they only have consoles being sold by individual, not Amazon themselves.
There have been many articles confirming people were buying them all before the price inc...
Nobody is annoyed with this. We've known about this feature only being for the slim (and pro) for months, as it was in the beta.
The PS4 literally can't do it due to hardware restraints - the slim and pro are more energy efficient and do things differently.
That's like being annoyed the Xbox One S can play UHDs but the original VHS One can't
I must have missed all the Xbox first-party studios which used ML this generation. Which games took advantage of all the features? Considering all of these are either Xbox Console exclusive or (at the very least) studios owned by MS, I'm sure they've all fully used the hardware considering PS wouldn't have been holding them back...
I highly doubt you heard this, because its simply not true.
*If* you read or heard anything, it will have just been "some partners will release free updates that enable PS5 enhancements..." that's it. Then, you fabricated that if it's not free then it's a paid upgrade, when in reality they mean some will release patches and some won't - the same as last gen.
Everyone seems to forget - the main reason The Last of Us was cancelled was because it would have taken up 100% of the studio's time and resources to continue supporting the game for many years, impacting their ability to create new single-player games.
For the concord developers, it's their first game so they're probably more happy with supporting the live service game rather than wanting to jump into single-player experiences.
@Cacabunga - they never said that. They said there's no sequels to established franchises this year, but that leaves indies, smaller first-party, new IPs, etc...
@FinalFantasyFanatic "They should have had unqiue names like Nintendo..."
lol, you mean:
NES, SNES
GameBoy, GameBoy Advanced, GameBoy Colour, GameBoy SP
DS, DSi, DSXL
3DS, 3DS XL, New 3DS, New 3DS XL
Wii, Wii U
Switch, Switch OLED
The game was okay, but it had two major issues; price and availability
1. The game should have launched at $25, the same as the first game, with a double-pack for $40. Pricing it at $50 only served one purpose, to try and push people to sign up to Game Pass instead of buying it. Had the game released at the lower price, I believe many more people would have bought it as that's an okay price for a 5-7 hour game.
When it eventually comes to PS5, I'm...
That list is BS. Who completed Hogwarts in 43 hours? It took me over 230 hours to grab the platinum, my first blind playthrough was around 150 hours. Also this year, we've had Persona 4 Golden - which I spent over 300 hours on, Void Terrarium 2 at 154 hours, Trails into Reverie at 148 hours, My Time at Sandrock at 168 hours, and many others over 100 hours.
I've never found any 'completion times' to be accurate on that site and in trophy guides. The only way ...

They are... They've been working on a new IP for years. This was a side project for new starters.
What people forget is that it's most likely coming to PC next year as well, so this is ensuring PS owners get the same enhanced version as PC.
If they didn't do this and just put the best version on PC (like they did with a few of their first PC releases), then Console owners would be annoyed - I would.
If you don't like it, don't buy it. Simple. For us who want to replay the game in higher resolution, quality and framerates, with cut cont...
How does it affect you? Why are you annoyed about it when you clearly aren't the target audience?
It wasn't released for people to 'upgrade too', it was released to replace the existing model and the digital version as it's cheaper to make. The pro is the one to replace your console with.
It kinda does. If on the home network, it stres over the WiFi without having to go via the internet like standard remote play.
So, it's not direct to the console but if you have 5ghz WiFi then it's practically directly conected
Calling BS on this. When used at home there's literally no lag. Especially if used via a 5ghz WiFi router - as the portal doesn't go through the internet if on the same network.
Externally, they probably have crap WiFi outside of a poor upload in their house
That's standard remote play, that ALWAYS goes via the internet, even in your home network. The portal goes direct through the router if used at home, so there isn't any lag.
"Sony hiding (until recently) some older PS1 games behind PS Plus highest tier paywall?"
You do realise that it was Capcom that decided to only allow their games to be accessible via PS Plus, and not bought, right...
Sony had literally nothing to do with it, otherwise you'd see other games - such as SIE published titles - doing the same thing.
