How many First Person Shooters and driving games do we really need?
All the original games such as Okami, Godhand, Katamari, Ico, Shadow Of The Colossus are largely ignored by the casual gamer and as a result we see more and more games that lack imagination.
It's kind of like the music industry in a way. A tired cover-of-a-cover song by some "singer" from Pop Idol...

Depends whether or not you enjoy playing against 10 year old boys calling you a "gay jew" all day long.
I reckon that the big announcement is going to be one of the following:
1. Microsoft is releasing a new Xbox at the end of the year and is discontinuing support for the 360 in January.
2. GTA4 is taking too long to develop so Rockstar are going to skip it and release GTA5 first.
3. Pressing eject on the PS3 which watching a Blu-Ray movie will cause the disc to fly out and cut your head off.

Judging by the number of petitions, speculation and news posts that are always floating around, I think it's safe to say most people regard FF7 as the best video game ever made...
I imagine that if it went to the DS (the most likely format out of all of them), then it'd be some sort of spin off game rather than a FPS.
Europe? You're having a laugh, right? We'll get 2 (maybe 3 if you're lucky) game trailers and 1 movie trailer and that'll be it.

I'd have probably thought twice if it had cost me $6.99, but at £2 (slightly less than $4), it was an absolute bargain.

NEVER trust the postal service for things like this. Whenever I've wanted something really badly I'll put a deposit down in the shop and go and collect it on the day, rather than waiting for the mail-man (or mail-woman, let's not be sexist) to deliver it next week...
