There is nothing better about a McDonald’s burger. Don’t justify it.
Fidelity mode looks pretty nice to me.
What did Xbox do in 2021 for its "Renaissance Year". Release an incomplete Halo, which STILL is lacking on multiplayer, a port of a 2020 PC flight simulator and Forza Horizon 5. This hot on the heels of having NOTHING in 2020 for launch and NOTHING in 2022 until November. Renaissance 5 months is more like it.
Just waiting for MS to have day 1 titles people really care about for this bullet point to matter.
This gen? 3 maybe 4 if you care about flight simulators. Series X|S is still mostly a backward compatibility machine for Xbox One / 360
The downvotes are always hysterical considering the truthfulness of my gamepass experience.
How much it would have costed me: MLB 21: The Show, Halo: Infinite & Horizon 5 - $180. GamePass Subscription for the year: $180. I'm just breaking even. Until MS starts pumping out exclusives, once you play through the initial Thanksgiving feeling of trying everything...then eventually deleting everything...it becomes a net loss. WWE 2K22, Dying Light 2, Elden Ring, GTAV Remaster...none of the recent releases I care about trying are on GP.
“It is simple things like that which can separate real drivers from amateurs. so you would want to drive better so you dont end up in situations where your vehicle is compromised in performance. Having superficial damage in GT7 is just for show and has no real weight on the skill of the player as you can ping pong around the track and still come in first. So if that was what Yamauchi was going for then he needs to remove the words "Real Driving Simulator" from the brand”

"Replace "exaggerated" for "realistic" and then your comment makes sense.
FWIW, the game has bumps & bruises / nicks & scrapes, but nothing close to realism as other racers have."
Sure, bumpers aren't hanging off...but I'm pretty sure the effort to add such things in unnecessary considering the point is to have a clean race, not play bumper cars. Having some visual deterioration and a mechanical impact on th...
It doesn’t have damage? I guess my 350z scratched and dented up was a figment of my imagination. GT7 has damage, it just doesn’t have exaggerated damage.
Can’t wait to pin games that don’t allow me to use quick resume.
All Sony has to do to exist in 10 years….make a PlayStation 6. This will age poorly.
the cloud meaning what? streaming gaming? That will not be a viable option for a very long time.
This. I could care less about themes with the way the entire UI changes based on the game or app highlighted.
I just did the same with a 1TB Samsung 980 Pro. I couldn't justify the 2TB price. I have 17 games installed including the GTAV PS5 Pre-Load and about 750GB left on the new stick. Pretty reasonable amount of games. If I have to swap out a couple in a library of 25 thats much easier to deal with than swapping out many many because the standard drive only holds like 9 titles.
It’s $9.99 on the Store with Free Online to claim for first 3 months.
Is it though? They said they’re increasing population density etc. Did the pc version have higher NPC counts etc. originally?
This is why I popped a 1TB SSD into my PS5 last week. At that point where storage management is already becoming a nuisance. 2TB is pretty comfortable, 1TB or less is just not enough nowadays. I hear the PS5 version is around 10GB smaller than the X|S version though. They definitely have the compression leg up.
Good take the time needed to make this game right. Also spreads out the loaded first half of 2022 for Sony.
I agree. It looks as good as a remaster can look without re-doing the game with an entirely new engine. This is about what I expected also and looks much better on a TV compared to a YouTube video. Those PC mods with improved graphics, yes some look awesome but they are resource hogs that wouldn’t even run at an acceptable level on a PS5 / X|S.
