I agree ps3 is showing its age and Id like to see GOW 4 as a ps4 game too. but HATING?
Ps3 got a handful of games in the top 10 best loking games. Crysis, METRO, BF 3, Witcher 2... those are the only games that I can think of from the top of my head that are clearly better than any ps3 game overall. Apart from lower res and fps ps3 games looks mighty fine compared to most pc games.
Kind of sad to say that, since pc graphics in games ...

I havent played BLOPS or MW 3 but something tell's me that BLOPS is just as if not more buggy than WAW and the same goes for MW3-MW2.
For me to even consider the next COD they will need all new and better engine, visuals, ai, sound, physics etc needs to be better. Put some dam effort in the games Id say.
And it will have to be playable and feel different than the past... like 5 games.

Counting GT 5XL edition is like counting GOTY and LIMITED/Collector editions.
And the psp game is a "spinoff" on a another platform. Often the spinofs are not developed by the main studio or does not have much to do with the story in the main series.

The more ram the better, it pretty much makes more and higher resolution textures possible, with more you can also do more at the same time, you can have a higher number of and or more advanced independent dynamics and AI running. ...
3 GPU's is unlikely yes, but do you think 4GB ram is a tad unlikely?

Id say even 12GB even might make it in the next SONY and or MS console. RAM is so cheap even at regular consumer retail shops and loads of ram opens for so much to be done.
Again no chance for 3 GPU's, but 1 equal to the latest high end ones might be possible.

I have tried like half of these.
Resistance 3 is good, as a fan I was disappointed in some things but overall good game.
Pure is good, I strongly recommend you to try it if you like Motorstorm and or ATV or MX games in general.
Vanquish, Bayonetta, Castlevania, Red faction, Valkyria chronicles.
Great games Played demos or over at friends going to get Castlevaina, Vanquish and maybe Red Faction someday... my backlog of games to get is huge lo...
There is only 1 true complaint to be had for the vita.
Expensive proprietary cards, but its still a steal.
Any app or software feature can be uppdated, so it sure will support, PS1 games, FULL remote play, HTML 5, FLASH and boosting browsing performance soon Im sure. extended file format and codec support might come as well.
And its cameras are ok, not great but will do for games and casual use though there is no denying most phones beats the vitas ca...
Stuff I'd like to see:
- Vita games, Killzone, Gran turismo etc and new ips.
- UE 4 and new engines and other next gen tech.
Yeah new unannounced consoles just prolly aint going to show up at GDC, but I wish though. Microsoft seem the most likely to show their next console first and I would like anything about their next one, though PS4 is my most anticipated console.
Gotta wait a another 5-6 years for next gen nintendo, Wii-U MAD? (Joking...

Ï agree, Graphics needs to be good but IMO AI, physics and animation needs to step up big time as well.
Dynamic interactive worlds, realistic movement and better, more sophisticated AI.
Makes me think of KILLZONE 2, that game just had it all I think, and its my favourite shooter this gen by a long shot.
SO for me nothing would make me more hyped than GG stating to go back to work with the KZ2 formula for KZ4 on the PS4!

Looks awesome to be a 360 port. But if you get this on pc I think you'd might want to play with a controller.

Im hoping it is fully compatible and that I can download the games I want via ps3 for now until they show up for the VITA store if it uses a separate store.

Much improved but still quite a long way to go.
A few sites still dont work properly and Youtube doesnt at all (still have to use the console/mobile verion?), some flash content/videos wont play/work and tells me to download and install the latest adobe flash.
But its useable and dont seem to stutter as much and havent frozen on me yet, so yeah it is a lot better. :)
I hope Sony keeps updating it. eventually it might be able to load any page/site prop...
It really gets to me that the games in a HD Collection isnt in 1080p and lacks in the AA departement.
But other than that it looks good, they upped some stuff and thats great. I will get it as soon as it gets a price drop.
After reading these comments I expected more, but its leaps and bounds better so nothing to complain about, most sites works and hopefully it wont freeze every 10 minutes anymore.
So thanks for this update, now the browser seems to be usable, and most sites looks great.
Hope Sony keeps updating it from now on, this is a big deal for a lot of ps3 owners!
