Looking forward to bioshock as well but it is more of a first person adventure game rather than a shooter.
AND if it wasnt for Metro being delayed it would have been on the top of my list! And my hopes for Far Cry 3 are through the roof as well!

The wii-u is damn small, no way they can have much power in it.
So no, the Wii-u isnt really strong/powerful at all compared to what next gen should be, but it sure might perform significantly better than current gen systems.

Lesser or lacking lighting effects and overall feel of the textures struck me first and then I noticed that the fake ones have cut down on the geometry while still looking pretty smooth even though most surfaces here are almost entirely flat anyway.
This looks great, but how does it look ingame with moving characters and lights, and with other stuff going on?

Ok hold on. All Playstation consoles have been BC with older ones, True though that PS2 cmpatibility was cut from later ps3 models but Sony were more or less forced to do it, it was the most sensible thing to take away to lower the price and people still moan even though a lot of people demanded a ps3 without ps2 BC. cant please everyone it seems. IMO they should have gotten Launch ps3's if they wanted BC like I did.

While the samaritan demo looked good IT was still pretty noticeable in many ways that it was powered by the UE3.
So to me it didnt really look entirely next gen. The looks of textures and shaders looked quite similar too what we have seen already. Like skin and cloth etc.
