Honestly. That was one of the most boring games I ever played. Just everything was boring about it.
I always hear 1 is better though. I'd give it a shot.

Played the first darkness and was surprised it did so much right for being a game released so early in the console cycle.
There are two endings actually. He could've done things differently.
Though more than likely, the ending you got is probably the canon one. The sequel is built off the "bad" ending.
Haha, I clicked just to say that too. I swear, I remember thinking I skipped the ending cutscene, replayed the end and then figured out bungie ran out of money at the last second.
Probably pull a ME2. Or more accurately, ME3 since it'll probably come out on the same day for all consoles.
And, missed out on jade empire. Always wanted to get it since I loved KOTOR but it just never happened. I'm sure a comeback would be really good though.
3d is an insult to my intelligence. It adds nothing, takes away so much and is dangerous to kids, the market it tries so hard to attract.
I'm glad there's some people in Hollywood that realize this (see The Dark Knight Rising and its lack of 3d).

From Assassin's Creed, Batman AA, FO3, CoD4, RDR, Portal, Bioshock, Mass Effect ect.
Plus the great exclusives.

I re-bought Oblivion for the PS3 when I got a little too addicted to my 360 version and sold it.

Hope Andy Serkis keeps making games though. He just seems to get overlooked in every game he comes out in and he basically knocks it out of the park everytime.
Well, the world and characters were interesting. The problems with 1 would've got ironed out. It probably could've expanded further after the end.

And @ above, I can't really tell you how to spend your money but I would pass on one version (I recommend pc and maybe get it later on a sale since there's always sales on the pc) and support other games coming out.

Even I still do. With needing windows 7, to run BF3 would cost me at least $500. Or I can buy it for $60.

That's a good question. We all assumed 2 was downscaled to fit consoles since 1 was so epic in scope....but 1 was ported. So why not make it bigger and better instead of smaller and just so so boring?
