The thing's like 5 hours though. He probably played half the game already.
Yup, sadly...
I love Insomniac but they just can't catch a break. R&C ACiT is arguably the best in the series and R3 is easily the best in the series. And neither set the world on fire like they should've. Couple the with Ted Price being the classiest guy in the business and it's just an outright tragedy.
Put R3 on your Christmas list and put Overstrike on your radar. Insomniac deserves it.
PSN cards could also be selling because of that CoD membership thing too right?
Might be cause he just doesn't like that type of game? Like if they made me review a fighting game or a racing one.
Or Crysis 2. Cause that game sucked. Bad. Viscously. It was boring. It was terrible.
But yeah. Maybe that.
Jeez, they make it sound really good. Can't wait.
I think I'm gonna replay 1&2 again soon.
Well, I called it. I don't know why people were getting so excited over it.
I called it.

People ignore how terrible the last act of Bioshock was. Like horrible. Lost everything that it had going for it.
Great stories? A lot of video games have great characters with decent stories and people confuse good writing and acting as a good story. Like Uncharted 2, ME2, HL2, GTA IV ect are all great games but the stories are simple. It's the perfect writing and acting for the characters that sell those games. Not a bad thing, people just can't get that confu...
Haha, I finally got around to playing this just this past week. It's pretty cheap on amazon/eBay.
I never liked metal but I gotta admit, some of the music was good. From the easy to listen to Mr. Crowley by Ozzy Osbourne to the ridiculously well placed Cry of the Banshee (really, there's nothing like driving around the game with that song on).
Decent game, nearly perfect game world, touching story that's still funny and Jack Black (whatever ...
I've been sitting here for the past minute trying to figure out what ACR is.
Help?
Exactly. People are too quick to write this off.
Exactly. It's not like he gushed over the graphics and the history of id for 2 pages and gave it a 7 without showing why he felt it deserved that. He gives reasons why throughout a fun game, there were things that detracted from the experience. A 7 isn't a bad score. It just shows where Rage 2 needs to work on.
He gives his reasons why it's a 7 though. Basically worthless multiplayer, decent co op but nothing too deep, big environments that rush you through corridors, terrible menus and a terribly rushed ending.
Basically it offers great things but gives small, uneven portions of it. Though fun in what it gives.
Bearing all that in mind, how isn't the number 7 justified?
Like I said before, id can make great graphics and can squeeze every ...
I'm not sure why people take other peoples' opinions as completely worthless. If a whole website does or doesn't like something, it can't be wholly worthless can it?
Rage looks decent. But it's probably not a game I wanna get with so many others coming out.
Yeah, it's nice to have an alternative play style when things start getting boring online. The pluses and minuses of a shotgun can sometimes change up the feel to a game so it's welcomed.
I have no idea why Rocksteady have been so intent on spoiling everything about this game. Everything. The ending, the villains, catwoman, robin. Just everything. I don't get it.
I mean, why? Why would they do something that stupid?
Spoken like a resurrected Shakespeare.

Well, some people don't like to use cheap tactics. Yeah noobtubes with scavenger is guaranteed kills but it makes me feel cheap. So I don't use them.
And if you feel like shotguns are cheap, then it's like you're stooping to their level.
Me? Shotguns have a time and a place (small maps).
Haha
I hate when they post news about spoilers in a game. As long as they say "major spoilers for x inside or below" in big bold letters and the spoiler in tiny print, fine. But if it says the spoiler in bold then it's just stupid. Hate that.
Thankfully though, I haven't seen any spoilers for Batman. Also, I somehow managed to last a year without spoiling Heavy Rain. Got lucky there.
edit: Also, it's worth noting that the developers se...
I disagree (though I didn't). CoD4's singleplayer was seriously one of the best of the generation (top 10).
MW2's was just horrible (the story was just....bleh) and black ops was decent but with weird enemy ai.
But it's outlandishly hard to top the near perfect CoD4 singleplayer.
