Well, this beta reminded me a lot of MoH. Not bad, but it just really reminded me of it.
The feel, mostly the graphics, the rush mode and stuff. Apparently there's jets. But I don't see them in the beta. Maybe that would give it more if an identity.
But I'm not really one for multiplayer in the end anyways.
I would be sad to see that go. I've bought many games on psn and I share them with my friend that would never buy any game (she just doesn't use credit cards online). So, with my purchase, it extends it to my friend and when it's co op, it extends it for me. If that goes, it'd just make my life less fun.

Well, the halo remake doesn't just up the resolution; it makes the game look completely* different. Look it up, they're doing a very impressive job redoing it. It has nothing to do with fanboyism.
They knew halo 1 didn't age well so they completely redid it and added the option to turn the new look off and on on the fly so you can compare. Like the monkey island remakes.
So yeah...

And...I'm the only happy person at this announcement. K&L1 was decent but, despite its flaws, I loved K&L2. A lot. A lot a lot.
Meh, I'm sure BF3 looks sufficient. To me at least. I'll try the beta today and I'm sure I'll barely care about the graphics like always.
But. No bf3 worshipper can never mention CoD's graphics as a negative if it has so called "bad" graphics.
In the end, I'm sure bf3 will still be good and everyone'll stop caring about the textures and such 2 minutes after they start playing.

Well, somewhat disappointing. Always wanted to try SC online (my xbox was never online). Oh well, doubt I would've played it much.
It's on disc right? I'll wait till it's on sale someday. Chaos Theory is one of the best stealth games ever made.

I think this guy's getting mixed emotions.
Wander has no real instinct of self preservation outside of wanting to survive to kill the next colossi. He knows from the beginning he won't survive and he's obviously stepped on a few peoples' toes to get to the land and get the sword.
He's halfway selfless and greedy. He's doing all this for a girl he loved (or loves) but he's not stopping at anything to bring her back, including ...

I don't know. It just felt exactly like MoH to me. Except the snipers aren't overpowered.
It's fun but it's nowhere near the second coming like so many were making it out to be.
