there was a rumor a little while back that SE would unveil Rapture at E3 this year so maybe we will get to see it finally.
It would be really nice if the game that Kojima-san was working on was ZOE3 but I'm not sure at this point. The most likely thing at this point seems to be a subsistence style add on game which might end up being named Existence if some earlier reports are to be believed. However all of this could be everyone being confused by Kojima-san trying to mislead us. I guess all we can really do is wait until E3.
Even if this video was released on purpose to hype it up before they release something even bigger at E3 I highly doubt the game will see a 09 release at especially not for the US. But I don't even think Japan will get it that early. Team Ico likes to take their time and make masterpieces so you can expect then to wait and add every little bit of polish they can to make the game as good and epic as they can.
That trailer was way better then the last one and I will be keeping a eye on this on at E3. This is most likely gonna be a day one buy for me anyway but new info at E3 would be nice regardless.
Well I hate to say it but it's still very vague. There are alot of games that fans of Capcom have been asking for for a very long time such as a new Dark Stalkers, Dino Crisis, Breath of Fire, Marvel Vs Capcom 3, Onimusha 5 and the list goes on and on. All of these are games fans really really want.
really makes me wonder what the point of that is. I mean I like a teaser as much as the next guy but we already knew the game was comiing. They could have just told us a release date and given us a proper trailer at a later date.
You know I hate to tell you but this article is BS and everything in it is opinion opinion opinion and acting as it if opinion is fact and you taste is everyone's taste doesn't make it so. Alot of people liked Star Ocean and Even more continue to enjoy J-RPG's as we know then. You don't enjoy them? Fine don't play/buy them you can stick to you generic western medieval fantasy RPG's about saving the king/price and blah blah and we won't complain.
That was outstanding. It's clear that a very large portion of the work that has gone into the game so far seems to have gone into the animation as some of the movement and motion was absolutely jaw dropping.
Seeing this really made my day and I absolutely cannot wait to see more. I hope we get alot more info at E3 here's hoping.
You know there have been other reports all over the place of the higher ups at SE saying the game is 100% on time for a winter release so I'm really wondering who to believe at this point.
If they made a spin off of the series similar to how they have been doing with Resident Evil then maybe it would work out but even then I doubt a DMC on the Wii would work in any fashion it just wouldn't translate at least that's my thoughts on the subject.
A main game in the series on the Wii would be a very very bad idea I think.
This would be great news if true although the mention of the game possibly coming to the Wii could spell bad news for the series as it would either be a massively gimped port or the Wii version would hold back the other 2 versions.
That said I do hope they do involve Nero in the game. I know alot of people don't seem to like him all that much but I found myself liking him far more then I ever liked Dante by the end of DMC4 so hopefully they won't just toss him aside.
Honestly If this is real and I hope it's not I think it's a horrible Idea. We don't really need 3 portables out there 4 if you count the loliphone. On top of the fact that consumer confidence in this product should it see the light of day will not be very high considering the RROD.
This is retarded. Does Iwata-san even look like the type of person to ever even utter a sentence like that? No. He is a extremely professional well kept person and I doubt he would ever get caught swearing or cursing even in his personal life.
Nice list. Although the Manish looking Sonya on there kinda scared me a little bit.
Sounds like a bad idea to me. I mean look at all the characters in the Gears universe they are all roided out space marines. That's the last thing I wanna see in my female character if you ask me.
Although I guess it doesn't matter whoever she is they will introduce her and kill her off 15 minutes later so I guess no big deal right?
While a new Ninja Gaiden is great news and all I really think after Sigma 2 they should take some time and revisit the DOA franchise. Now that Itagaki-san is no longer involved one of two things could happen with a DOA game. It could end up being 10x worse then previous games or it could end up being 10x better. Personally I am hoping for the latter.
Can't wait. One thing I would love to know about it though is that sense it is supposed to be having a international release is if it will support Asian languages this time around. I have a Zune 120 and I love it but a very large portion of my music library is Japanese music and most of it comes up as nothing but squares on the Zune itself despite the software being able to read the files. That's always annoyed me a bit.
First off they have already gimped the game because of the 360 because the US release will most likely not include the Japanese audio because of the 360 on top of that Square has said many times they are NOT i repeat NOT making any DLC for the game because they would rather spend that time making a new game rather then DLC which makes perfect sense to me.
I simply meant that despite talk of all the tech behind the game and how it's progressing well and such we never seem to get a release window or anything ala vaporware titles like Duke Nukem Forever. I mean awhile back we got to see the massive visual leap the game seemed to make in terms of the graphics from the earlier stuff which would indicate to some the game may have been entering the final stages of development however we never got a release date.
Im not a fan boy either a...
It seems a bit more cinematic then COD 4 but aside from that It doesn't really looks all that different. More like a expansion then another game.
