For me the regular version. Not the version with the controller that's going for 90$ is a great deal. Simply put alot of other games came around and I never got around to buying any of the Halo 3 maps and more so I don't really like buying maps for a shooter because the next one just comes along and it just feels like a waste. But with ODST i will be getting all the maps that i never bought in one package and it will be a nice way to get back into the Halo 3 multiplayer

For othe...

I'm pretty sure you are right about master chief being in Reach but I don't think he will be the Main character. In that point in the time line he is still more or less the rookie if it's based on The Fall of Reach like alot of people think it is which it must be seeing as it's about the planet Reach.

Maybe while Itagaki was working at Tecmo he had no choice but to keep making Ninja Gaiden games and DOA games. After all if you look at what Tecmo had those are pretty much the only games they had that sold. Even if he had wanted to make a new IP they would have probably been hesitant to allow him to do so. That could have been the explanation for why the more experimental DOA games like Code Cronus never saw the light of day as the higher ups in Tecmo may not have been confident in their abi...

The game looks alot more action focus and faster paced then the first time around which is a good thing. The first game felt like a RPG first and a shooter 2nd and this might be a the other way around. Or it might be equal. I do like the fact that they are working more weapon types into the game as well which will add more variety which is great because that was a slight sticking point for me in the first game.

I understand what he is saying. He basically means that. Hideki Kamiya of DMC is making Bayonetta and for better or worse the game is more or less DMC with a female lead a little bit more stylish and a few more things that were not possible with DMC.

Now with Itagaki his new game as he would have us believe is something completely new and not just Ninja Gaiden or DOA with a new face he says he is not relying on what he did while at Tecmo for ideas on what he is making now. While ...

Well I'm not a big race fan but for me personally Gran Turismo is still king. The game still looks leaps and bounds better then Forza. Forza does look better this time around but Gran Turismo is pretty much photo realistic at this point something that Forza can't really say.

The real issue here isn't really that much that the game is coming out as soon as it is or that people are feeling that Valve is trying to cash in.

The issue here is that all this is is a expansion and all this content is content that was promised as DLC for Left for Dead 1 not as a stand alone game sequel. Simply put they lied and are now trying to make people pony up more money. People expected support for left for dead to be like Team Fortress 2 was all the DLC was great and ...

Based on the trailer it looks very much like a T not a M. The other M clearly means something else and has nothing to do with the rating as Reggie says.

That looks incredible the amount of action going on at once is intense. It's like sensory overload. Certainly a day 1 buy for me Giant bosses and 4 player Co-op? whats not to love.

Just beat the game and they pretty much set the game up for a sequel(assuming the ending isn't different if you play the game evil).

After playing the game I have to say it was a fun game and I do agree it could have used a bit more polish but I have to say that I didn't really like the story or any of the characters at all. They all either seemed to annoying(Zeke) to stereotypical(Cole) or just uninteresting(Trish).

That said the ending did throw me for a loop and I...

I don't think MS one upped Sony at all. Natal at this point is nothing but a fancy Eye Toy the only things that MS was able to demo on stage with it were Eye Toy games pure and simple. All of the cooler things like Milo and further uses were reduced to video form. Which means that it's still highly experimental and not anywhere near ready.

Sony had no video everything they showed was on stage and in real time in little lighting and it worked perfectly. More importantly they showe...

Uematsu formed his own studio named Smile Please! in which he allows himself to work on a contract bases allowing work to be done with both square and Mistwalker as well as independent work and anyone else that would like to hire him for their projects.

On topic this is great news. Uematsu did have a few tracks that he did compose for Final Fantasy XI and they were the best pieces of the soundtrack however the majority of the Final Fantasy XI soundtrack was not Uematsu's work. Wh...

I will say that the gamers did certainly win this E3 this fall and winter is gonna be jam packed with great game releases which is great news for everyone.

As far as who won out of the big three I have to say Sony. They had more games that interested me and there motion control is far more practical then Project Natal which aside from Milo is nothing but a very fancy eye toy. It seems Sony's motion control has some uses in real gaming and is much closer to actual release if the o...

Really saying that mods from the first will work with the 2nd is kinda a bad thing to say. It kinda confirms that almost nothing is changing. Really this gaming should not have been announced as a sequel in my opinion. It should have been a 20$ add on expansion because all it really is adding is melee weapons new areas and characters and thats about it. That's expansion material folks.

Well I think that Raiden is no longer the Sissy everyone hated back in the days of MGS2 and that after MGS4 everyone really kinda likes him so a game staring him may actually do pretty well. It really depends on how they do it.

Is the game gonna still be a stealth game or is it gonna be much more action focused like we saw Raiden in MGS4. Time will tell I guess.

I'm currently playing through the game as I write this and I have to say that while I enjoy it I really don't see what all the fuss is about. The game is certainly fun and I love the ability to run around the city and blow stuff up but it's not much I could not do in something like Hulk Ultimate Destruction awhile back on PS2.

One thing I really don't like so far is the good and evil thing as in the story line cut scenes you can see many times that Cole is not a bad person and b...

Honestly I have to say I hope the 360 version of FF14 never happens. The 360 version of FFXI is by far the worst one because of horrid glitches, slow loading, clipping, and conflicting issues with how SE runs PlayOnline and how MS uses Gamertags.

Now I'm sure some of these issues could be fixed if a 360 version of 14 happened but I would rather be safe then sorry.

They charge extra money for another character in Final Fantasy XI because unlike most MMO's you DO NOT need to make another character to play another job. A single character can level all the jobs so someone leveling multiple characters is usually doing so to exploit something or to play on many different servers so the extra 1$ makes sense.

I think at this point Natal is much more experimental then anything else. Which may explain why they are still calling it "Project Natal"

The Sony stuff seems to work a bit smoother and seems a little closer to being ready for the market place which is what matters to the consumer.

While stuff like Milo with Natal was certainly impressive things like that won't matter to the average gamer until very far into the future so you have to take that into accoun...

Gotta say I never really was a sports fan. The only sports game I ever really played to any decent amount were the Mutant League games and that was just because they were fun and over the top. A bit a Tecmo Bowl as well but I never even heard of this one.
