I received this game in the mail yesterday, and I have to say that it is absolutely amazing.
I was skeptical at first, but once I actually played the game, I have no intentions of turning back. It's stunning. There aren't any words I can use that describe how amazing it is.
I love the level where everything is textured like a mattress and you use the Gamepad to pull out blocks and blow to bring platforms closer.
It was very surprising...
Since when have digital sales ever been so huge?
I didn't buy digital games on the Wii because selection is limited, and the eShop was not very good.
The Wii U, on the other hand, makes digital shopping very easy. Lots of people would prefer downloading the game while they play another instead of driving to a store and buying it there.
There's no use in comparing two very different things. Yeah, Super Mario Galaxy did great, but that'...
However, doesn't this not account for digital sales?
That would make the sales much higher, because more people are opting for downloads these days.

Wow
Such hack
Very scare
It would be nice at that price, but in my opinion, the Wii U is worth more than that.
The Gamepad makes up much of that, and that's vital to Wii U gameplay. I love the Wii U.
Great! Just in time for my birthday :)
Based on this game, what other Vita games do you think I'd enjoy?
If I can find enough games that I like, I'll definitely try to save up enough money to get a Vita.
Oh my goodness.
I don't even own a Vita and this game is giving me goosebumps. If I were to create a game, it would be this. Tearaway looks so creative and... I don't have words for it. Why were so many great things released on the same day??
Will definitely be looking into this.
I somewhat agree. I don't really mind if characters are reused, but gameplay mechanics should not be the same all the time. That's the thing I like about him; he makes old characters seem new with new ways to play.
He's been working on a completely new franchise, so I'm really interested in what that could be...
I would, except I preordered it a while ago. I expected it to come Friday, but it's coming a week late for some reason.
@Pintheshadows
I'm glad you like it!
I've actually been looking at ZombiU for quite some time, but after rewatching the trailer today, I've decided against buying it. Not that it's too scary or anything, because it's not, but the trailer made me really sad. I don't think I'll ever be able to play a game like that without imagining the characters' families and emotions. I don't know why, but it really turns me away from game...
I purchased an Xbox 360 once and have about five games for it. I've touched all of those games less than three times. Having an Xbox 360 is only worth it if you buy Xbox Live, but why pay for that when you can get Nintendo Network for free?
Right next to my other consoles.
When I first got my Wii U, the remote felt cumbersome and unnatural compared to the "traditional" type.
It REALLY grows on you. I love the Gamepad now, and I can't imagine playing without it.
I don't think it will "save" it to the point where it's flying off the shelves every month like the 3DS.
It's not one game that usually does that. When great games are all available on one system, that's what makes people buy a new console.
That's just what I think, of course.
I noticed immediately that he posted all of the comments, but I agreed with the ones I agreed with anyway. Those comments literally made me laugh out loud! XD
I don't know, the Wii U looks like it's getting some great games soon, and I know at least four people getting one for Christmas.
Even so, I still think the PS4 will do the best out of all three consoles. Sony just hit the bullseye with this one!
The Xbox One also looks pretty interesting, but I'm not too keen on forking over 500 bucks...
We'll see what happens in the end. They're all great systems and it's going to be a ...
I went to the movies yesterday and everyone who bought a ticket was given a little Wii U booklet. Very interesting.
