It's going to be a while before I get a 3D telly (VAT at 20%????) and I get the chance to sample KILLZONE 3 in the third dimension but even without it, that looks like one killer game!
Yeah, too many shooters. Trouble is, when a REALLY good one comes along (KILLZONE 2) it gets lumped in with the rest and dismissed as "just another shooter".
And you'd have people saying "it's the same as the first one", "there's nothing new"" and "LAME" at that too.
The suckers who've been fooled into preordering on faith alone?
No you didn't
Being niave and not 'tech-savvy' doesn't mean "retarded".
Amazing - Like the KILLZONE 1 arctic level but even more beautiful. Hope the jungle setting is as gorgeous...
Er, not only is building a LBP level easy, it's FUN!
All my games have 'custom soundtracks'!! I just stick a CD in the player that sits next to my telly. Simple!
Unless, y'know, the story makes it believable...
Don't know about you, but my hair grows and I change my clothes all the time. Why are game characters the exception to this rule?
Oh crap, STREWTH1909 is back with his 'factual' opinions... gawd help us all. Damn the N4G reboot for wiping my ignore list clean.
You'd make me laugh if your pretentious posturing didn't sound so desperate.
Won't be coming anywhere near my PS3 if true.
I'll try it and see how it feels, then decide if it'll be me 'default browsing method'.
What made IMFAMOUS so enjoyable for me? The richly detailed open world? The cool powers? The intriguing story? The neat twist at the end? The addictive gameplay?
No, apparently it was Cole's baldy head and gravel voice....
Why did you type that post twice (see #2.1)? It was false blather the first time...
"Bu.. bu.. bu.., N4G is run by Sony fanboys" - Guess we'll continue to hear that, despite trash like this getting approved - there's nowt so blind as those who won't see, as me ol' grandad used to say.
And this artical is a load of borrocks... I'm sure Sony are devastated by only selling 35,000,000 PS3's so far.
You mean he's right (because you agree with him) and everyone else who was amazed with the 3D demonstration is wrong?
Me, I'm glad 3D is being adopted - If I like it, I use it - if I don't, I won't. "CHOICE" is once again the keyword, yet once again it's being dismissed as unacceptable.
The "I don't like it so it shouldn't exist" philosophy strikes again... sad.
You're wrong
Funny thing...
I dissed on MOVE until I saw it applied to games
Funny thing...
You'll twist me saying that too
Funny thing...
I don't care - No ammount of manipulation on your part will alter my opinion. I am continually STUNNED at how people are actually surprised that I allow personal experience to colour my judgements. Heaven forbid I be a PS3 fan after being continually impressed...
Move will just feel more 'right' to me.
When I'm playing a game, the character I'm controlling on screen pretty much always has something in their hand be it a gun, sword, steering wheel or whatever. As such, it seems natural (and logical) that I be holding something in the real world to represent that.
I just can't see how having no controller adds anything to the experience of gaming: Driving a virtual car with no wheel AT ALL would feel c...
If going multiplatform demonstrably affects the quality of a game in a negative way, I think people are entitled to cmplain aren't they?
