"Do you really think Americans buy on console's nationality?"
Actually, I've seen plenty of comments here that say "YES", along with an equal amount of xenophobic dismissal when it comes to the Japanese market.
You must be dead easy to buy Christmas presents for. I mean, X FACTOR winner hits number one in the charts, you automatically think it's great!
Top film in the DVD charts for the week? You must love it, even if it's EARNEST SAVES CHRISTMAS.
Oh, and I'm sure you have the complete set of TWILIGHT novels on order, as they're selling like hot cakes right now so MUST be good...
And that bothers you... how?
Well, we've already had a few trolls posting here that KZ3 has "sacrificed elements" in order to accomodate 3D, so it's nice to be able to laugh at them with authority.
HALO REACH looks like how HALO 3 SHOULD have done; ie: HALO has finally gone "next-gen" - You should be very proud. The fact that it still looks unexeceptional is not, I think, a cause for celebration
"Fad"? More like a "luxury"; the cheaper it becomes, the more people will sample it.
Have two birthdays - If the Queen can do it, why not us?
Oh, you and your chums didn't like it ergo it's 'overated' - Okay, end of story, T9X69 has spoken. Or maybe it's just that you wouldn't appreciate or even recognise good story telling, well realised characters and immersive gameplay if it punched you in the face.
Suprised that there hasn't been a big-budget HALF-LIFE film made to be honest - The story is right there in the first game.
Amazing to note how many think the 360s is the second coming for gamers despite STILL doing less than the PS3 did at launch.
Okey dokey...
Only 'morons' have accidents? Okay...
'Accident' by definition also means 'unforseen' - I presume all your accidents are planned, seeing as how you seem able to deftly avoid them.
Your opinion is uninformed and biased, ergo it doesn't warrant my respect.
Believe it or ot, Sony are not immune to global economic downturns. Jobs are going everywhere, and it's such a jolly wheeze for you to make sarky comments about it...
I'm 40 and am getting arthritis in my hands - Although it'll take some getting used to, the MOVE could well be a godsend to me over the next few years if I want to continue my hobby. No way will I dismiss motion control gaming anymore...
Barring tests such as this and bloody minded kids, I don't think that anybody 'plans' to knock over their gaming console - When it happens it is, by definition, an accident and such events should be anticipated in the console design.
Hmmm, these reboots always have to chance so much to be viable in these "HD/10 hour plus" times that the original would be virtually unrecognisable. As such, what's the point?
The failure obsessed media 'care', the haters 'care', the sheep who listen to them 'care'.
I 'care' when a good game is unjustly rubbished and misinformed people miss out on it as a result.
So the "lack of variety in the locations" and "lack of co-op" criticisms of KZ2 have been addressed.
What WILL the haters pick on, I wonder?
With Move, I'm more interested in the interface/virtual manipulation tech demos we've seen. Whether these remain just demos or become freely available will play a large part in whether I adopt Move early or not.
I am sure I'll be getting it at some point though - I already have the PSEye and won't be doing multiplayer/party gaming so will only need one wand & navigator, so the expense won't be too bad.
So one thing is "underwhelming", yet that one thing is what gets the headline?
Sad, but utterly predictable...
