If absolutely EVERYONE waited until a few weeks after release for the 'price to be reduced', we wouldn't get half the games that we do.
The main reason I got a 1080p HD telly was because Sony put a Blu-Ray drive in the PS3 - Took me a few months, but the incentive was there and it's the same with 3D: The main reason I'll get a 3D telly is because Sony is implementing it in their software. It might take me a while to get one, but Sony's support is enough to convince me that I will as some point.
That's the author's stupid fault for believing dumb rumour and expecting things in the updates that were never officially promised.

It's nice to know that, when I eventually can afford a 3D telly, I'll have a good stock of games (which I will have already thoroughly enjoyed in '2D') ready to play all over again in the third dimension thanks to Sony's forward thinking.

Loved the PS2 ARMADA title - Limited characters to play, but that was the show's fault more than anything. The gameplay and visuals were super slick, especially using the jetpack to fly over the sprawling levels.

Fast loading times too, it seems. Great transition from car selection to driving...
The 360 zombies fall over themselves to pay for the same HALO god knows how many times so I wouldn't toss the word "brainwashed" around in here, sunshine.
KILLZONE was amazing - It just became a whipping boy for the sheeplike media (and drones such as yourself who don't know any better) to hate on.
