Hopefully I'm wrong, but it is possible for a game to strive for too much.
Have to be something special to start me paying for it. If gaming on line, internet browsing and Home remain free then there's nothing else I need.
Plenty of people are happy with their 360 - It isn't going anywhere just yet.
But I do think GOW 3 stunned a lot of people, and what's more it proved just what the PS3 is capable of - Plenty of us suspected the hidden power there, but seeing Kratos in action just ramped up everyone's expectations for the future. I do hope GOW ushers in a change in devs' attitude to the console.
If you're a PS3 owner and have played both then you're fully entitled to have the opposite opinion and click 'disagree' - I respect that.
If you're a bleating 360 zombie then you haven't played UNCHARTED 2 and you're just clicking 'disagree' out of spite & jealousy. Well done!
But of course, you probably played UC2 "round a friends's house" - That's the usual cop-out excuse.

I'd love PORTAL 2. Even a port would do, as I had no problems with the PS3 Orange Box.

Loved that opening - Reminded me of a James Bond movie title sequence! It reinforced the epic nature of the story, and served as a recap of the previous two games.
If it was "too long" for some then I think that their attention span has been severely curtailed by the speed of modern living!
