Baltis, the first poster in this article, seems quite happy to dump all his trophies and just start a new PSN ID... I don't and think this is a good idea.
Wow, fooled you good didn't they? When did you last play KZ2 again?
Honestly can't see why people are raving about REACH - It looks like a typical "this gen" FPS... Nothing to distinguish it at all beyond the fact that it looks 'better' than HALO 3.
Yes, there were plenty of times PS3 firmware updates didn't do anything negative to the console, but you glossed over them.
But, as you honed in on the "Good reason to not buy a PS3", but decided to ignore all the good reasons not to get a 360, I'm not surprised.
Not bad at all - I already have the Eye, so will go for the individual Navigator and Move Controller from the off, probably adding another Move down the line (Christmas?).
"Playstation Plus Not For Everyone"
Well Einstein, that's precisely WHY it's optional and not foisted on us as mandatory.
So you say "WE should be getting..." so indignantly, then say you'll "love it" if the worst ever PS1 game (in your 'opnion') is released instead - Schizoid man
And it's hilarious how you're talking as if, any other time, you're such a hardcore Sony fan.
Gaming in general is "unecessary", but it's still fun and you pay to do it.
Thing is, if I try both consoles then decide I prefer one over the other (by a huge margin) for plenty of VALID reasons, I STILL get called a "fanboy". People who do that are idiots too, in my opinion...
I don't bestow "loyalty" willy nilly - I moved from Saturn to PS2, dipped in Dreamcast and went through to Xbox then PS3 (having a second hand 360 for around 6 months). The latest Sony console has impressed enough for me to conclude I don't ne...
Just goes to prove that "first" doesn't mean "best" and that the "best" is worth waiting for, eh?
It's a shame that your mind is so closed that now you've made your "informed opinion", no amount of evidence will change it.
Hope we don't see too much from KZ3 before release - I was genuinely surprised by the 'Vektan Cruiser' and 'Mech Suit' levels (the latter of which was brilliant, but should have been longer) when I got round to playing KZ2.
And on those controls... Once the deadzone was fixed by the patch I loved the way the game played. Sad (and ironic) that the people who were put off by the demo controls (and probably didn't buy the game) are the ones being appea...
You disgust me - Condemning total strangers based on their affection for a fictional character.
Your judgemental attitude and cavalier use of swearing point to who the real 'baby' is here, I think.
Go get yourself some imagination and then try watching the video again.
Loved the 'Chameleon' demo. Imagine a Spider-Man game employing that gaming style? Wall crawling, web-casting, melee combat... It's all there with the Move!
I've got arthritis in my hands - It's getting harder and harder to play games with a regular controller, especially for extended periods. The Move could be quite a significant development for me and I welcome it.
Don't presume that we're all as obsessed with multiplayer games as MS seems to be. If I want MOVE it'll be for me alone and, as I already have a PSEye, will cost a fraction of what you're touting. Try again...
Indeed. She is, to put it mildly, a sauce box.
Worst Lara Croft EVA! Do people even know what 'beautiful' means anymore?
Nell McAndrew was always my favourite... looks wise anyway. Her accent (while pretty damn sexy) wasn't really Lara.
It's nothing to do with initial cost for me - It's how many games support it, and what audience those games cater to.
KINECT could be £50, but if the software is of limited appeal and no "hardcore" (for want of a better expression, though I do hate the term) games are released for it, it's a worthless peripheral and that £50 is wasted.
Equally, if MOVE is £150 but is integrated well into those "hardcore" game...
Oh thank gawd - I Never Platinum games, mainly because I'm rubbish but also due to all those "win x ammount of online matches" malarkey. 'Bout time we SP fans were catered for!
