They should have just made it like that from the beginning. It's a lot different from the ME case. Since it hasn't even launched yet.
Why didn't Ubi simply say it from the get-go? They could have just made some aspects exclusive to Wii U (the touch pad stuff etc).
Of course they want to make money, but come on. I'm sure they knew some gamers would be disappointed, and express this.
It's like a crime to enhance features which made a game good. What's bad that retains what made it enjoyable?
It's business.
It sells well. Why would they stop? When it stops doing so well.. two things could happen.
1. They may stop totally making COD - rare.
2. They go back to the drawing board, and look at how to properly enhance aspects which made it good to begin with. - Possible
But neither of those two will happen.. whilst it rakes in the cash.
I'm not going to trade my consoles in regardless of what comes out or not.
I'll acquire PS4 when I can. So yeah, I'll get GTA for current consoles, probably. But I'd assume it will make an appearance on next gen consoles too.
Interesting news.
Can't wait for more information.
One without the other, makes no sense.
I don't get it. Each time Crysis comes out, do we need an article to tell us PC looks better than console?
Honestly...
Most notable - Amazon do this with their Prime offers too. So do most other companies. It's simple. Once activated, turn off auto-renew.
How hard is that? I would only complain if they made it so you CANT disable it, once activated.
I couldn't do it.
I play games normally, if trophies pop up, then so be it. If not, fine by me. If I'm really into it, I may run through it again and pick up some trophies along the way. If not, I won't lose any sleep.
I assume he (or they?) enjoy doing this. Can't really see why else they'd do it.
Looks like I know when I'll be getting a Vita.
Isn't having a difficulty selection, good enough? Poor justification for money grabbing.
I don't see this being ditched. It's going to return for the next Xbox. I guess the question is..
Will it be drastically improved, in regards to how its used for games?
Good news.
Should be interesting to see what they put out. Considering the freedom, they may possibly have.
Well, this is interesting: http://shopto.net/news/4178...
Maybe money was a factor, maybe he left because it wanted a new experience. Either way, good luck. Hopefully we see some good stuff from him.
This was my problem with this specific series of games. They tend to withdraw so much, which should be in from the get-go. Just to run it as pre-order incentives, or paid DLC.
It's a joke. However, it's clearly going to work.
It's rare you'll find executives who actually care about the quality of the game, and their fans (I'm not saying to give in to every fan demand).
But this statement isn't going to go down well, and rightly so. When will people learn that phone games, are totally made for different audiences? For starters.. there's a huge difference in price.
Silly comment to make. I expected a bit better from a producer.
When you buy it, I'm sure they'll nerf it eventually. Either way, COD has far more pressing issues than this.
They'll probably do one last restock (maybe). Then after that.. it will be out.
Still, I'm fine with the normal edition. I'm not fine with the wait. :(
Can't happen.
But I agree. Wait till Microsoft actually step out and give some details.
