Article fails no acknowledge what isn't in the collection. There's other Sega 3d games that are on the 3ds but not in this bundle which makes it a bit shit. If it included all the other 3d games like Streets of Rage 1 & 2, Sonic 2, Hang On, Space Harrier, Ecco the dolphin this might be something worth getting.

It doesn't work like that. 3ds digital games when purchased are licensed to that unit only. If you put your sd card into another 3ds you wont be able to even see them.
Digital games bought from 3ds e-shop should be transferable to the new handheld by being tied to your account.
Yeah there are plot holes, I don't think they're that big a deal but whatev's. Take the rocket ship part for example. First lift off is cancelled by Cid because Shera is in an area of the rocket where she'll get burnt to a crisp. There are two holes in this:
1) Why are the oxygen tanks Shera is trying to fix situated in this area. Surely it would fuel the fire that is supposed to be here.
