Well Ninja Theory certainly punched above their weight with the first one. A 20 person team making a AAA game that sold millions and won 20+ awards is truly remarkable. With big budget backing and resources, they could truly make a remarkable game.
It isn't as good as the first or third, but I did enjoy the second. One of my favorite gameplay moments in the series is in this game, when I found Fontaine's secret lab and office
What?? They absolutely chastised Microsoft for delivering an underpowered Xbox One versus PS4. Hell, up until the Xbox One X release, they encouraged people to buy multiplatform games on PS4 since they performed better.
The most encouraging thing about the design is that the hardware team were given the priority of most powerful first and foremost, and then fit that power into a form. Full reveal for both consoles can't come soon enough!
More studios means even more time for every studio to further craft and enhance their games. Seen with 343i and Halo and now we're seeing it with Forza. Can't wait to play it
For sure, someone suggested on here using the Microsoft Flight Simulator tech as the basis for a new Crimson Ski's
Agreed!
With next generation CPUs and rumored built-in Havok engine, I would love to see a next gen Mechassault. The destruction and graphics would be insane.
The reveal video is at 8 million views and Hellblade 2 PS4 is the second highest Google searched thing after Hellblade 2 trailer. So they've definitely got people talking. Let's wait to see the marketing on it though
I doubt that this is the only launch game. It's probably checking the box for a next gen multiplayer game at launch.
Oh yeah, I definitely have. Senua's character model blows away everything released this gen. We're in for a treat next gen
Good news! Keep those next gen games pumping!
Let's wait until there's a proper reveal for both consoles first. Regardless, next gen is almost upon us!
Great to hear!
This was probably inspired with Game Pass. It's the perfect feature for a service like that.
The design leads me to believe that the leaks about its power may actually be real. It seems it'll depends on the pricing of the rumored entry level model.
Lol, and I remember being told that Game Pass would make Microsoft devalue games and their development on this site.
The PS5 devkit leaked months before Sony confirmed it. Things leak all the time. The fact that this announcement and Hellblade didn't, as well as Godfall, is actually astonishing
They pioneered both the Hovis method of console design as well as the first vapor chamber cooling in a console. I imagine that their new consoles uses superior, more refined versions of both of these.
