If you go into it expecting ps4 Spider-man style story and such, you'll be disappointed. But if you go in with expecting more MUA co-op / beat um up game mixed with a little looter, it's fun.
Hulk smashing the shit out of things was fun with the ground pound or using people as weapons, while Iron man was a Jack of all trades with lazer spins and rocket launching people away.
And some of the people working on this, are the same ones that abandoned Anthem shortly after launch when that became a sh!t show...

When you say it's the Arkham Universe and then change around characters, you're lying... If they said it was a different universe (like say using the shitty Suicide Squad movie universe), no one would complain. But if you're going to be using the Arkham universe, you should probably stay consistent and use those characters (outfits changes are fine, as long as the base is the same).
Sony will also have PS5/ next gen only exclusives starting with the launch, while MS has already said they won't have first party next gen only exclusives for the first 2 years.
Ignoring pricing, one you can easily wait on since you can play all the games on current gen systems or PC for better graphics / fps / performance.
