Hah, there are games that came out last year that were way overrated than RDD.
Outside of Japan, I could see EU being delayed a week or 2, and with the US date being way off, not really changing. As for Japan, there are more important things needing to be done that release a game that will create a bunch of controversy and backlash at Sony.
"The irony of this case is, nobody would have even correlated the game with the tragedy had they gone on with the release plan, or at least not have made a public spectacle of the 'similarities'"
Outside of Japan, that may be true though Fox News or such would go out of its way to make a public spectacle, never under estimate them. For Japan, it would have been insensitive as hell to release it after everything that has happened.
"Personally i think any serious gamer should have a gaming capable PC for all the multiplats"
I do have such a PC, though not all multiplats are the best on the PC. Also, sometime people like to take their games with them to play at a friends and DRM crap on some games is not always the funniest experience.
p.s. Still hoping for at least 32 players for consoles.
With Borderlands in general, the game and DLC was more fun with other people / friends than playing it alone.
Idiot, the "paid DLC was released the same week of the game's release" was free if you preordered the game. If you were gonna pick it up used or long after the fact, then its your fault for losing out on something free. Its not gonna effect your game at all, its just 2 extra maps that you'll be able to play on. I don't see you complaining about other games that offer free DLC if you preorder, but if you buy it later on you'll have to pay extra to get it.

"The beta download is 1.66 gb for 2 maps...lol...Black ops map pack ( great btw ) was under 900 mb"
Was there a separate download for the whole client/application before that 1.66gb download for the 2 maps? If so, then that's a lot of work put into those 2 maps. If not, then do you honestly think all 1.66 gb of that download are actually the contents of the map?
When they're gonna milk the game with a ton of DLC and then come out with an ultimate edition (most likely) like they did with the previous game, why not wait when you have a ton of exclusives to pass the time till its released?
"Has nothing to do with "PS3 userbase doesn't like RPG's" and everything to do with the PS3 userbase expecting BETTER than what they've been given."
Damn straight, I'm not paying for a bugged out version of a game that's been dumbed down as well as going to be milked for a ton from DLC, when I have a ton of games (lots of exclusives, as well as multiplats) to choose from.
Also, @Aloren, please don't say New Vegas an...
As Fagol said, read the article. They mentioned they were well into development when Move came around.
Silly troll... With your 1 bubble and like every past comment on any article being a troll post, why would anyone believe you got MS or MS:PR? Also, the fact that you live in the US shows that you don't even have MS:A at all (nice youtube profile link :P). Open your mouth after you actually play the game, and go back to your cave for now.
Hey, that's blasphemy right there, America is the whole world...
"they've single handedly switched how we view RPGs in the west"
And ruined many JRPGs as a result directors trying to get that same appeal for their games so the west will buy it.
He's been in a ton of roles, and in many you can't even tell its him. Its all up to the directors / script.
As for his roles... http://www.youtube.com/watc...
"We're trapped, there's no way out... *Sees satirs* ... Spoke too soon..."
"Does that guy have a steel cup? I shot him in the d!ck like 8 times!"
"Sully, how are you doing that?" *Sully glitching floating*
"Sully where are you?" "Right here." *Sully glitch appears* "AHHHH"
@Coffin87 It was over hyped beyond belief and they got 10s all around. Sure it was a great game and I played the hell out of it, but it was not a perfect game. You say its groundbreaking because of the overall feel of the city, like the details on the bricks. The bricks were just upgraded graphics from SD iterations. While not HD graphics, the feel to San Andreas was so much more. From the gang wars to flying through the air and parachuting onto roof tops...
p.s. Niko...
"The PS3 version will most likely have an install anyways too, as with 99% of PS3 games" Correction: 99% of multiplat games. A lot of PS3 only games look good and run good without needing an install. Also, the DLC was because M$ paid so the PS3 had to wait a year for the DLC.
As for GTA V, curious what the setting will be and how big of a sandbox we'll get to play in.
But it hurt so good...
"How can people afford a game console and not something to play it on?"
Before I upgraded the TV in my bedroom to an HD one, I had an HD in the living room and SD in my bedroom. And when it got late at night, instead of waking people up (surround sound and such), I'd move my ass to my room to play. Also, playing from a comfy / warm bed at night kicks ass. Paying off loans and various other bills, as well as saving for a few other important things were more im...
Yah, loved the game. Wait till you get to the cougars, those things will rape you fast as hell. Lost so many horses to them...
p.s. Try Undead Nightmare after, one of my favorite DLC.
