I think gaming for the most part keeps your mind in better condition than watching TV. TV you learn here and there but you arent spending much time using your brain to solve problems. In nearly all video games, you are constantly thinking about problem solving.
"That's according to the European HD DVD Promotional Group'"
yea, take their word for it!
According to OJ Simpson, someone else killed those people!
I wish they would remake the original zelda in the same way they did final fantasy for the psp, Id love to see it with updated sprites and maybe a few extras added in
Even if only some of us use it, the ps3 supports kb/mouse and developers should allways be interested in giving us more choices.
The thing is, Japan buying (mostly) Japanese only products is why their economy is in far better shape then ours (USA). Perhaps we should take note and start acting a little more like that and instead of seeking the cheapest goods we can find, start making our goods here again.
This post is a bit hipocritical considering I own a Samsung TV and a Sony ps3, but on most things I try to buy American ;)
Digital Distribution:
Good for businesses, bad for consumers. The ONLY positive for the consumer is that you dont have to get your fat ass up and go to a store.
I used to turn rumble off for the ps2, so it doesnt bother me either way.
Just got back from Target and got the 5$ gift card. was a bonus because i didnt even know about it
straight to the point. if its that close on both consoles, guess what, they both are great.
Super mario brothers = can be beaten in 15 min easy, great game, cost as much then as a game does now counting inflation.
I dont understand why, regardless of console/pc, games are not released everywhere at the same time. What benefit for anyone is there by this practice?
same opinion anytime the game length subject is brought up for any game. Id rather play 5 hours of a great game then 10 hours of the same game extended to meet some time quota
lol @ disagree
Youre saying I dont want to know where they are getting COD4 from?
I think the disagree system on this site is funny.
So whoever you are, are you disagreeing saying I havn't seen awesome looking games on both systems? Or are you disagreeing saying The devs who made those awesome looking games did actually have problems. If they had problems, how did the game magically happen. (theres a difference between a problem and a difficult solution.)
What I want to know, is where are all these people getting COD4 from?
I've seen awesome looking games on both systems... didnt seem to affect the devs who made those games.
@felman87
How can that be!?!? I'm seeing almost daily how the ps3 needs saving! this cant be right!
</sarcasm>
I too would love a killer instinct remake/sequel. I would buy a 360 to play it if i needed.
This is the most advertisement I've seen for K-Mart....ever
I dont think K-Mart going blu-ray or hd-dvd exclusive really helps or hurts anyone. It's kinda like some really nasty chick wearing a pink thong...no one cares.
You see these statistics coming out almost daily about how people with hd-dvd players buy more movies than people with blu-ray players. How ps3 owners do not affect blu-ray sales, etc. If all that was true, why is hd-dvd getting trounced in disc sales? It is not here and there that blu-ray is beating hd-dvd in disc sales, its not a slight majority either. Blu-ray is soundly beating hd-dvd disc sales. If attach rates or any of these claims were true, how could that be the case.
