All this fake concern for Sony’s future games is very amusing to me. Because whenever Sony does indeed announce new games from their studios, the usual detractors will just downplay it as more ‘cookie-cutter’ games that they are tired of. And any third-party exclusive titles that get announced also get downplayed because they are not 1st-party titles, as if that is supposed to diminish our enjoyment and excitement for them 😂
Of course I love the games I’ve played from PS but I don’t believe we need to limit it to ‘exclusive’ to acknowledge that Xbox will be releasing some good games this year also. In that same vein, I believe that Xbox diehards shouldn’t limit their acknowledgment of good PS games to 1st party. There are plenty of good games to go around for everybody.
IIRC both have 1080p resolution and 60Hz/fps. The Portal has a 1” bigger screen though (8” vs 7”) and is about $100 cheaper if you can find one without having to seek out a reseller.
I doubt your regular account would get banned for what you posted. There wasn’t any cursing or derogatory comments in that. I’ve seen worse trash talk from many other posters.
The author acts like turn-based RPGs are a dying genre. Recent successful games such as Octopath Traveler series, Sea of Stars, the Trails series, Honkai Star Rail, and Baldurs Gate 3 (mentioned in the article) would prove that there is still market out there hungry for them. I’m blessed enough to love both turn-based and action rpg games.
Which troll are you? lol
I still can’t wrap my head around why people really create alt accounts to talk trash. Haha! Why not just use your regular account since you’ll more or less be saying the same thing?
“Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth Has Reportedly Sold About Half of What FF7 Remake Did in the Same Timeframe”
Makes sense to me since the current PS5 base is about half of what the PS4 base was when FFVII Remake released.
There were about 113 million PS4’s in consumers hands worldwide in 2020 when FFVII Remake was released (towards the beginning of COVID lockdown no less).
PS5 sales currently sits at about half of that (50-something million. We...
@Obscure
Where did you read that this game was coming to PC, XB? According to this article (link below), the game’s director says he always wanted it on a single platform:
“Stellar Blade's Game Director on why PlayStation 5 exclusive
"I felt that I wanted to release a high-quality game on a single platform," said Kim Hyung Tae, SHIFT UP CEO and Stellar Blade Director to Famitsu. "And so when it came to deciding on wh...
Oh that’s something I didn’t know. I’ll turn it off and give it another try. Thanks for the info! Like you said, hopefully they’ll have it patched soon.
Some gamers may be tired of it, but many others still love it. Nothing different from any other franchise out there other than it’s always ‘expected’ to do high numbers. So when the numbers are just good or average, it gets viewed as ‘terrible’ by some.
“They´ll certainly take advantage of the next gen upgrade, coming to Xbox Series, PS5 and PC.”
You mean ‘current’ gen, right? ;)
Nothing has been announced for PC yet but I wouldn’t be surprised if it comes one day.
The demo was fun but it will take me some time to get used to the parry and dodge timing. But I’m not going to constantly keep playing the demo. I’m looking forward to playing the full game one day and I’ll get my grind on then.
“Taking in the information we’ve discussed, it’s clear that whilst sales have slowed down, the Final Fantasy franchise is still performing well. Final Fantasy XV shipped 5 million units globally in one day, Final Fantasy VII Remake sold over 3.5 million in three days globally, and Final Fantasy XVI sold 3 million in one week. There’s a slow down for sure, and VII Rebirth may be lagging, but it’s also hardly terrible sales performance.”
Even the author of the article agrees...
I played it on PS5 performance mode as well. Easily one of the top best-looking games worlds. Beautiful, vibrant colors and details.
An electronics manufacturer wants to manufacture and sell electronics. Sounds about right to me.
Fun, good games are always worth playing. No matter how much time has passed.
I’ll keep an open mind until the game is released and more comes out regarding the gameplay and game world. The trailer looked good though.
That’s exactly how it should be but some people won’t let common sense get in the way of some juicy controversy. Most people would just focus on ‘how good is the gameplay’ while some are focused on ‘how jiggly are they’ lol
The 'tip' is me buying your game in the first place.
